Restore physio was brilliant! Shristi really knows her stuff, has a lovely down to earth and approachable manner which instantly puts you at rest. She is really encouraging and her treatment really really helped me. She takes a genuine interest in you full health and tailors her approach accordingly. I would definitely recommend Shristi Restore physio to try once for all for ailments related to muscle, nerve injury or pain management.

I visited Restore Physiotherapy a week ago and consulted Dr. Shrishti Negi Gupta for my Back and cervical pain issues. I found her impressively calm and generous, her way of communicating with her patients and understanding there issues is commendable. She explains in depth the causes and the relieving factors of the problem. The treatment she provided has helped me a lot and my back pain and stiffness issue has subsided to a great extent. Im thankful to her and the whole team of Restore Physiotherapy for helping me in restoring my health.

I have lower back pain(bulging of L4 and L5).
Within 5-6 days my pain was reduced drastically and even the numbness in my leg was reduced.
My mobility was improved and poor postures were corrected.
Highly recommend this Physio therapy Center. Since they provide instant healing therefore it is little bit expensive but worth it.

I m the student nd had a severe wrist pain along with it my handwriting too get bad due to pain ...after consulting my physiotherapist I took few session along with some wrist excercise now all my pain get relieved nd handwriting too impr oved...all d very best restore clinic
