Poor service.

Not satisfied with the support they provide to the coustmers.
The employee behavior is not good at all except of branch manager, he is the only one who speaks with some adequates baki rest of all are speaks like we have taken a loan from them on personal basis...

Idk why they treat this way to Coustmer especially in today's world everyone use online methods for transactions or transferring money and we all need to keep a record of all although it shoows in app but as a hard copy we keep in form of pass book printing but when I went to print the pass book they denied to print because it was to be printed for a month or two even i told them I live out of town and onces I come I get my pass book printed but they denied. The person was being rude although he accepted after a while to print tht pass book but I didn't like the way they treat.

Suggestion : if they feel this lazy to print and support the coustmers they should place a printing machine at the corner or other place.
