Koles Gym/Health 'n' fitness club

Best Gym of the area. I really enjoyed my fitness training at Koles. Trainers are really good and supportive.

It has become my go to place. I usually hop gyms every time I workout. But this one held me back. I like the vibe there.

I had visited several gyms then I chooses to join koles club as it is nearest to my home. As today is my 10th day in this gym and I am 100% satisfied till now that I am at a correct place. All the staff of the gym is very good n supportive. Mr. John who taught us many new things about diet n nutrition which we have never heard from anyone before. Trainers are also very good. Keep the spirit up koles team.

One of the best fitness arena.. gym.. crossfit . Atmosphere good.. zumba yoga classes too.. steam bath... Locker rooms.. and other facilities too.. great atmosphere to workout.. must visit
