This place doesn't consider fitness as merely lifting heavier weights. They look at fitness holistically. Every member is given ample attention. Form is given utmost priority, no ego lifting. Workout plan is based on your preference. Within few days I've noticed a considerable change. GPT is well worth one's investment. No complaints as of now.

The workouts are fun, This gym has its soul Shashank bhaiya and Ekta Di, both of them are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with the right amount of encouragement. My personal favourite is Shiv, he is always guiding with the same enthusiasm every day. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go, you will see the damn results. It's an open terrace gym experience, you really can't miss this fun and I recommend it highly to all .
