It is a very good hotel located in Thane. They have a very good ambience, and the rooms are perfect. The staff are also good and polite. They have multiple banquets within their premises, where you host a party/ wedding. The food was amazing and very tempting. Also the staff are polite and helpful. Surely recommended for families.

The complimentary breakfast and dinner was the best part of the stay. Splendid buffet. Had a variety of dishes and all tasted great.
The room was spacious,neat and clean.
The only issue was the veg only policy. They don't allow non-veg to be consumed there.

Attanded a marriage function at the hotel. Spacious and well setup for function. Food was nice. Enough parking space. Cooperative staffs. Enough sitting facility.

We booked the hotel for
Wedding function in our family. Our experience and event has been excellent! Food : top notch, arrangements : of the highest quality.

I want to specifically appreciate the decoration team and head Mr. Ibrahim! The decoration done was even better than our expectations.

Our photos have come out really rich with the decor and backdrops.
And Mr. Ibrahim has really been a backbone to the event organisation, he was non stop running and coordinating with positivity and enthusiasm.

He has also fulfilled our adhoc and urgent requests without any hesitation. Kudos to the whole team!

This is very nice hotel in Thane area. It is located very closed to main road on service road. Service is very good. Cleanliness is very good. Food is very good. Not much costly. It has banquet halls inside. Staff is very courteous.In summary all things are fine.

In my BNI role, one of my main tasks is to organize different events for our members around here. We have a whole range of things going on, from small review meetings with 25 people to big chapter meetings and conferences with over 350! We even do training sessions and fun social events to keep everyone connected.

For all these events, big or small, Byke Suraj Plaza has been a real lifesaver. They have the space we need, and more importantly, they're always happy to help us make our events a success.

The staff at Byke are fantastic. No matter how big or small the event, they're always there with a smile, ready to lend a hand. And let's not forget the food! It's all pure veg and absolutely delicious.

We hold at least one event at Byke every month, and in the past year, we haven't had a single complaint about the food. That's pretty rare for any venue, I tell you!

Overall, I'm super happy with Byke Suraj Plaza and I can't wait to keep hosting events there in the future.

The buffet was very tasty and well maintained staff service were prompt ms.Rasika was very nicely giving all necessary items with smile. Environment was also good . And Mr Aniket and Badri was helpful

Writing this review specially for the services of hotel manager Mr Amit Salian. He has displayed exceptional communication skills and has accommodated most of our requests graciously. From food menu to finance to rooms, he has been involved in every aspect and is always accessible to help out.

We experienced some unpleasant moments with the decoration department but it was promptly handled by the management team, restoring our faith in their hospitality skills.

A very nice place with great ambiance for marriage, haldi, mehendi, birthday,etc. The staff are very courteous especially the banquet manager Ms. Smurti Veera, very helpful, suggested few value for money. Even the decor vendor is very understanding & accomdating person

It has been immense pleasure in sharing that the overall function has been excellent !!!!

Mr. Amit Salian : He has been on his toes for almost 3-4 months for this event to be smooth and excellent.
He has been so pro active and responsive even at 12/1 am at night! Unbelievable!!!
I could go on and say about Amit as long as one can hear😂
Amit has been present and standing at all functions in the hall to examine if everything is going fine or not.

Special mention to Mr. Bhonsale sir who has been kind and attentive enough to visit our all functions !! Thank you !

Now comes the best part : FOOD : it has been amazing !!
I dont think there was even a single item for which i could complain.
