Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park

A nice garden situated at the almost centre of Thakur Village at Western Suburbs of Mumbai City. Here many people of all age groups visit in the morning and evening time for doing their walks, jogging, running etc. Here you would find a group of people doing Yoga together or playing some sort of games together. It's a favourite spot of everyone, especially the senior citizens.

A bit of greenery amidst the concrete city. It's a municipal garden and has timing around 5 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 8 pm ( approximately). Good to bring family and friends. But it's not a huge area so during evening due to crowd , it might get bit congested. If you can bear it, can come to this garden. In Thakur village it's a one time visit park as there are other parks too. It has circular walking track but mostly covered with soil so during monsoon it gets slippery.

People bring children and the evening it turns out to be sort of couple park . Better to go in the morning or till 6 pm . people do jog in the evening. You will find dogs in this park which is their home sort of. If you are scared of dogs, beware of them.

Calm & natural vibes in the middle of a chaotic city life. The tall & densely packed trees give you a feel of jungle. Even in peak summer this place feels soothing cool. Nice park for children. Ample space

Maintenance is lacking few chairs are broken, walking path is uneven.
Before raining 🌧 season complete path is needed to be cemented with tiles etc if possible.

The garden is really awesome and the environmental feeling you will get here is next level you will enjoy the views and playing with exercise area and walking area feel like walking in forest surrounded by trees and plants. You can do Exercise here, jogging,walking and also can be visit as family members best one!

Peace of mind is what u get there. We re lucky to have such a place, in the middle of the busy streets. A perfect place to walk n keep urself healthy.

A great place to do your morning / evening jog on an earthen track. A separate area developed as an open gym for senior citizens and women plus lots of swings and play zone for children. There's is also a large grass lawn suitable for doing Yoga or playing multiple outdoor sports in small groups.
Overall a great place to begin your day or chillout in the evening with your loved ones.!👍👍

It is a place you will get seats to sit anyone can visit and it's get closed between 2 to 5

Best time to visit here is early morning around 6am, its the most peaceful during that time.

This place is good for jogging, since you can jog on either mud track or grass which are better for joints as compared to concrete tracks.

I went there for the first time and it was so natural and clean atmosphere. I observed most of the couples to spending time over there. If you wanted to spend time to have a discussion then you will enjoy it.

Very Serene and excellent park for walkers and joggers. There's also a small play area which the kids enjoy during weekend evenings. Good place to spend time.with you family playing

Good park to walk or just rest. There's shade around benches so if you are looking for a place to wait for an hour or so you can do it here in this park.

Great park and garden with good slids and BMC alloyed GYM.. but little bit BMC should focus on maintaining the garden and cleaning too...
Over all people can spend good time here.. with family and best relaxing place for oldies... and couples...
The atmosphere is also give us positive vibes.
Personally I do visit here for meditation and relaxation...

Clean, well maintained park. Botanical beauty gor eyes, pure air for lungs. Should spend 30 minutes everyday here.

Best Place to live, Surrounded by lush greenery, Magnificent view of national park. Clean society with all amenities one can ask for in Mumbai. Great place for Kids to grow up.

It is the place to jog. Early morning there is fresh air and nice atmosphere for jogging, yoga and other exercises
