Dr. Joison Abraham and his team consisting also of Head Nurse Sr. Justin and her team of nursing staff at Ward No. 44, thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful treatment given to our very sick, 87 year old dear mother. Thanks to you all, our mother, after a very long time, is feeling so much better and we can see her old self returning. She has improved so much, she responds and even laughs at our feeble attempts to make her laugh. She used to be such a happy go lucky person and it was the easiest thing in the world for us to make her laugh. Since the last few years, we thought that person was lost, perhaps for ever. But this time, Dr. Joison and his team of doctors and nurses at Ward No. 44 has done what we thought was not doable, i.e. bring back some cheer and hope in the life of our mother and our lives.

Dr. Joison is a brilliant doctor, able, kind and empathetic and so is his team. He is ever so pleasant to talk to and forthcoming about the treatment he is giving and the condition of his patient. He commands trust. This is such a rare quality in medical professionals in the present day and age.

Sr. Justin and her team of wonderful nurses at Ward No. 44, took care of every need of our mother with so much patience, love and care. Sr. Justin is a true team player and inspires the nurses under her care to give their best by being a role model.

A variety of medical speciality services are available in this large and well maintained hospital. The doctors are experts in their respective fields ably assisted by qualified and well-disciplined nursing and other medical staff. One was pleasantly surprised by the helping attitude of the staff.

The rooms are very neat and clean with clean linens and nice and clean bathrooms. Room service for patients' attendants available.

Plenty of seating areas available for OPD patients.

There is a reasonably big restaurant rated 'Excellent' by the FSSAI in the hospital campus on the ground floor where all kinds of reasonably priced delicious food stuff, both vegetarian and non vegetarian, are served in a very neat and clean environment. In addition, there are a few other eateries in the campus where tea, coffee, other beverages, snacks and other food stuff are available.

Ample parking, both mechanised and manual, is available inside the campus. This is truly a boon for the patients visiting the hospital as there is hardly any parking available outside the hospital campus.

Banking and ATM facility is also available inside the campus.

Actually we had visited Lourde Hospital last week for my Fathers treatment. I was really surprised the way hospital was maintained. The Hospital in general was neat and Clean, we had taken a room in Ward 51 and our experience was really great. Clean rooms, Fresh food and snacks delivered to room on time, 24/7 quick Assistance etc...Actually our old concept of staying in a hospital changed after staying there. May Parents were also pleasantly surprised. Request to please keep your services this way always as it would be a good feeling for patients and their family

My wife admitted in this hospital for ortho surgery. Dr. John T John attended the case and done immediate care and treatment. The Doctor and his team were very supportive. We were admitted in the Ward 51. Nursing care was very nice and they were very co- operative. We are very thankful to them. The service was great, and everything was well-organized. The multiple medicine dispensing system is really helpful in reducing the rush. The token system is also very good. All the billing counters accept UPI, which is really convenient. I visited the Ortho department, and the doctors there are really good.

I am George. K..C (HPNo476653) admitted to ward No38 with Dengue infection. My wife is a Parkinson’s disease patient. She was my bystander. We had an excellent experience. The nursing staff were out standing. They were ready to help us even at odd times. They never allowed my wife to do any work and ready to help. We are highly thankful for the services. Medical facilities like pharmacy and lab services were good but the canteen services were poor. The nursing staff has to be congratulated for the dedication

I want to share my experience with Lourdes hospital. Last month I visited here as I do have high fever and breathlessness. I went to a few *best tagged hospitals, but I am becoming weaker by day by day. That time I went to Lourdes and consulted with Dr.Sr. Rosalinda. She is so polite, and within 5 days I completely recovered from my weak stage. I am extremely happy and satisfied with your service, and one more thing, I really loved the food in your tidy canteen, which is so delicious and affordable. Thank you🥹

I was recently hospitalised at Lourdes, spent 5 days in ward number 38. I'm genuinely pleased with the level of care provided by both the nursing staff and doctors. The dedication of the nursing staff deserves special commendation. Additionally, receiving pastoral counseling was a significant mental relief for me.

The hospital areas are expansive, accommodating multiple departments. The ample space provides plenty of areas for people to sit, wait, or take a stroll, given its size.

However, I have a few suggestions for improvement. Despite the presence of mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes were still finding their way into the room, possibly due to some gaps or improper installation of the nets. Also, installing automatic door closers could help prevent mosquitoes from entering when doors are opened. Moreover, I noticed that the height of the balcony wall in the room seems insufficient. Increasing its height, if feasible, would enhance safety. Furthermore, the open roof in the toilet area, while possibly for security reasons, concerns me regarding the potential entry of bacteria into the room. If feasible, covering the top with easily removable material would address this concern effectively.

My daughter was admitted here for a surgery in hand under Dr.Joy (Pediatrics Surgeon),
She was just 6yrs and we are really worried about the surgery, but with the support from each and every staff it was successful .
She was in ward 37 (Room . 3708)and the services provided by the hospital staff was appreciated.

Had a good experience overall. Dr praveena Elizabeth and her team are so good to ask any doubt and will explain very well. Nurses are also very loving that they take care us as a baby especially nurses of ward 33&35.

Was admitted at New block 5121 and I really appreciate the nursing team for their friendly approach and excellent service. All together its a best hospital with a very clean and calm atmosphere.

My mom was recently admitted here.she had burns both legs also a diabetic neuropathic patient since 10 years. Over here she was under the treatment of Dr Paul puthuran, Dr ponnuse Thomas, Dr binu upendran, Dr Chacko. They were very much pleasing and provided quality care to my mom.also security supervisor mr.praveen was very helpful when my mom was at ICU.next the 38 ward nurses, especially head sister,she was very supportive and sincere thanks to all other nurses in the ward. My brother had met with an accident and was hospitalized for more than 3 weeks. There were 2 surgeries performed. First of all the hospital has almost all facilities. The place is neat and clean. The staffs and nurses are super helpful. The hospital charges are very less compared to other hospitals. We had stayed in WARD 31 and i must say the services and care they provided were splendid especially the Nursing team. Kudos to the Team.

Very caring, courteous and hospitable. The nursing staff in ward 51 were always sympathetic, well mannered and always caring (namely- Nimmy, Athulya, Remya, Nivia, Binny, Gibu, Mariya, Reshma Maria, Reshma K, Stiya, Nikitha, Jikhil and the operating staff). The staff were always ready to help us day and night, never shying away from any sort of work.

Felt like home and was really comfortable thru the entire surgery. Kudos to Dr Praveena Elizabeth and the team of nurses too.
