One of the best hospital in kerala. Almost all super speciality department is available. Doctors and staff are very good. Neat and hygienic place. Canteen is also good. Ample parking area provided. Security staff are good. An electric vehicles is always ready to drop people from parking area. Good infrastructure.

I recently underwent ACL replacement surgery performed by Dr. Murugan Babu at Rajagiri Hospital, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Babu's expertise and professionalism were evident from the initial consultation through the post-operative care. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease throughout the process.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and I experienced minimal pain and discomfort during the recovery period. So Hygienic and fast services. No waiting at all. Timely Doctor's visit at Rooms and so friendly behaviour. Good and Hygienic enviornment, neat and clean canteen and very tasty foods. Over all treatment is very satisfactory.

Excellent experience. I visited the hospital first for the knee replacement surgery of my parent. Had a wonderful experience at Rajagiri hospital right from the entrance, registration, admission, procedure, info to patients and bystanders. The crowd is very well managed with everyone taken care well. The hospitality extended by every staff member makes one forget the hospital environment and feel at home. Doctors and staff members are well specialized
for superior patient care. Special mention about the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Food and beverage services are excellent and well located to cater to everyone who visits the facility with good quality food at affordable. As the tag line says, they take care and cure.

Had booked three gold package medical checkup appointments. The experience was pleasant, from all the support staff to the doctors. We were provided efficient service and had minimal wait times. The complimentary breakfast and lunch provided were very delicious as well.

I affectionately refer to Rajagiri Hospital as the 'Hospital of Humility.' As someone who has had minimal contact with hospitals due to infrequent colds and flus that were easily treated with mild medication, I haven't needed a hospital stay in over 20 years. However, circumstances led me to require medical attention, and I found myself heading directly to Rajagiri Hospital, where I hadn't even purchased a simple paracetamol yet.

From the very beginning, I noticed the pervasive sense of humility throughout the hospital, starting with the security personnel in the parking lot and continuing through my interactions with the receptionists, public relations team, doctors, nurses, canteen staff, and even the hospital barber. It was evident that everyone here was trained to treat patients and visitors alike with utmost respect.

Perhaps this was a result of the hospital's unique approach in valuing respect for every individual. It became evident that one of the most potent medicines they offered to patients was the simple act of showing them respect and kindness, especially during times of illness and distress.

During my stay, I also became aware of the hospital's system for handling insurance coverage for medical treatments. I witnessed other patients experiencing delays of several hours to days due to insurance processing during discharge when using cashless cards. Rajagiri Hospital had a solution for this too. They partnered with an agency to quickly check CIBIL scores, avoiding unnecessary time loss and enabling patients to be sent home promptly after discharge. Any remaining balance was required to be settled within seven days after the insurance company's payment. I was not aware of such a system in other hospitals, and it impressed me greatly.

Although I have not been a frequent visitor to hospitals before, I have stayed at numerous hotels across India over 300 times, and I can genuinely say that Rajagiri Hospital's hospitality rivals that of some of the finest hotels. While I hope you never have to experience it because illness is never pleasant, if the unfortunate situation arises, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking the services of this exceptional hospital.

Very good experience and coming to Rajagiri for past 3 years for all our medical emergencies. In patient care is very good. Doctors also well experienced and very much caring. Facilities, rooms are really nice and not charging too huge amount. Nursing staffs and all other staffs are very helpful. Only disadvantage which I felt is OPD is not much organized and very time consuming. Food is very nice experienced.

It was indeed a great experience doing Executive Check up for my aunty today at Rajagiri! Service was really good, doctors are experienced and briefed us about every single aspect of the test and conclusion. Highly recommend!

Stayed there for a week for my husband's treatment. Our premium rooms were very well neat and cleaning services were available twice a day. Food was on time. Nurses were very well mannered and made our stay pretty pleasant. Doctors and treatment were top notch. Happily recovered.

I have had to take an admission last month for my mother, and lots of consultation and diagnosis visits along the way. The guest relations team support, both as inpatient and outpatient, has been exceptional. Thank you all. In the last couple of days, we have experienced the Telemedicine app too. Superb support and coordination from that team too...

Great Hospital Experience After My Knee Surgery!

I recently had ACL and meniscus reconstruction surgery at Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva and I want to share what a fantastic experience I had with the entire team.

Right from the beginning, the hospital staff was super nice and helpful. They made checking in easy, and the hospital was clean and comfortable.

Dr. Murukan Babu and the surgery team were amazing. Their level of expertise was high and they explained everything in a way I could understand and made me feel at ease.

The nurses were so caring after my surgery. They checked on me a lot, gave me clear instructions for taking care of myself at home, and were always there if I had questions.

The people helping with my rehab and exercises were great too. They knew what they were doing and kept me motivated to get better.

Overall, I had a really good experience at Rajagiri Hospital. I'm thankful to everyone who helped me recover. If you need orthopedic care, I definitely recommend this hospital.

Had been for a health checkup at the facility and found good assistance. I am well pleased with the level of care recieved at every step. They even help out with any additional tests or consultations required.

Our family underwent treatment at this facility, and it was truly impressive, especially with Dr. Rajesh Raju George, who is among the best doctors we've encountered. The nurses were exceptionally supportive and attentive, and the rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. Any issues were promptly addressed. However, there is room for improvement in the taste of the food, even though it has good quality.

Hospital staff are very friendly and approachable. Doctors and nurses are kind and caring. They respond to your requests as soon as they can. The rooms are clean and tidy. These services are available at a reasonable price. It’s not costly at all. I am extremely happy with their care.

The cleanliness and organization of the premises are commendable. My treatments and diagnostic tests were conducted promptly, and i never had to wait excessively. Really happy with cleanliness, Doctors, staffs and Nurses. I had a minor surgery under day care Treatment. Service was top notch. Insurance got approved within an hour after clearance from hospital. All departments superbly coordinated the process.

I had my bilateral tkr done at Rajagiri hospital by Dr Murukan Babu and his team on 16th Jan. They have done a marvelous job for correcting the knees and I am happy that I am recovering very well so far. The excellent care and the discussions they had pre and post surgery was indeed great.
