Ordered a kurta and lacha. And few other outfits. Had to add an item to the order but it came up as additional shipping charges. I chatted with the team and they not only waived the extra shipping but sent the parcel right away. So pleased with their customer service. The outfit is beautiful. Fabric and stitching are perfect! I have been buying Anokhi Jaipur cotton Kaftans for years and years until I stumbled upon these extraordinarily beautiful prints and SILK kaftans. It was love at first sight. I saw that Alia Bhatt & Kareena Kapoor have also been using The Boozy Button’s silk (banarasi) kaftans and it’s unbelievable that they are SO affordable and exquisite at the same time. I was so in love that I bought 10 pieces immediately for my first purchase. Upon finding their website, I noticed that there wasn’t any mention of Worldwide shipping & delivery being available ; so I texted their WhatsApp hotline and I received a prompt response that worldwide shipping and delivery is possible and available. I was overjoyed, they sent me a link to their products page, and clarified the one million and one questions that I had about material and quality and types and the differences and the sizes etc etc etc — their staff was so prompt in replying my queries and assisted me with selecting the best length for my height and the best material that would suit my liking. They offered to take my order via WhatsApp directly and told me the items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks (as it was in the middle is Ramadan period, I wanted it for Eid etc), and assured me that the shipping will be via reputable couriers by FedEx/UPS/DHL. Although it took close to 2 weeks (15 days) for all items to be available for packing and shipping, I had received the parcel within 3 days of shipment by DPEX Worldwide. Each pieces was plastic wrapped and neatly stacked and double packaged. I was so so happy that the quality was true to their website description and the sleek look of it (the kaftans) allows me to even dress it up for casual going-out look and dress it down to wear at home comfily for the hot & humid weather in Singapore. As I don’t want see-through kaftans and didn’t want to layer you with slips inside them, I chose 10 pieces of winter banarasi silk kaftans. They fit perfectly , the quality is fabulous, the staff is so kind and polite and prompt and professional. They were well versed to answer in proper English and understand me and able to help me accordingly (I am very impressed by these things), I am guaranteed to order more and more and more from them. Can’t wait to try their resort selections and their more up-end kaftans for social occasions next! Also will be introducing my extending family and friends to get their hands on these fab kaftans coz silk kaftans are a totally different ballgame compared to cotton kaftans (and Anokhi makes great ones, but these The Boozy Button Banarasi Silk Kaftans are way superior for quality and comfort). Love them & will repeat purchase and highly recommended to anyone who simply loves living in kaftans all day long. 10/10 for quality and service!

I have bought one kaftan dress and it’s so beautiful. I loved it and it feels so good on the skin. The material is super soft and light. It’s super comfy yet stylish. Would definitely order more.

I had such a great experience shopping from the boozy button. My order was to be delivered to Canada, and it did not take a lot of time to reach my doorstep.
