Vasundhara Enclave Post Office

I am really happy and thanks to India post for hassle free delivery of my package to Bihar and with a excellent tracking system. Loved it. the package reached in 9 days in this pandemic too.

Staff should be changed or should be improved with new staff.

Vasundhra Enclave post office is not in Vasundhra Enclave but sone five kilometres away in Kalyanpuri. In some small lane. Very difficult to find the first time. No road map or sign boards. In the small lane it is difficult to park. The staff is well trained but they have their procedures and that takes time. Generally very frustrating to deal if you are in a hurry.

Servers are always down

Despite of having full address on my parcel, still on one had come to deliver it. It has my college documents files,it is very needed to be submitted, but their carelessness making it so hard for me. Their services is just soo bad..
