Right from entering the impressive gated entrance, you feel like you're stepping back in time. From the opulent wooden panelling and staircase, imposing hotel frontage and impeccable staff, this is the place to stay in Delhi if you want to feel what it was like to be here 100 years ago. Saying that, it has all the modern amenities, large and well furnished rooms and an excellent restaurant and bar. The outside pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and all the staff are friendly and attentive. First class alround.

Maidens pleasure to go everytime nice location and Stunning hotel which take you back in time. Very old heritage site since 1903 It was a short stay but everything was perfect. Thank you for the room upgrade. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I’ve forgotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in but i would like to acknowledge his excellence to service. A shout out to the bar man who served up some excellent cocktails. An excellent hotel steeped in history and centrally located. Lot of peacocks to watch near the property

If you are looking for somewhere to escape the bustle and noise of Delhi, then this hotel fits the bill.
We stayed in a heritage room on the ground floor and it was the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in.
Because of my husband's medical condition, our stay at the Oberoi had to be extended. Not only did they contact a Dr to come and examine my husband when he felt unwell but they also sent a staff member with me to the hospital to make sure that I understood what was going on. And when I returned that first evening after a long day getting him admitted, a platter of fruit was waiting for me.
Every day the front desk staff enquired how my husband was feeling. When I needed Insurance documents printed they did it for me. And then when my husband was finally able to leave the hospital, a beautiful vase of flowers and a welcome note from the Manager was waiting for us.
The Maidens Oberoi made a difficult 10 days so much more bearable and I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

Established in 1903 as one of the first hotels of Delhi and recognised as a Heritage Hotel, Maidens is a stately survivor of the golden age - a time when steam ruled the waves and the rails, empires flourished and when the rich, the famous and the titled used it as their stage. Its sweeping driveway and the grand façade give an inkling of its star-studded past. Its architecture is the most glorious illustration of old-world European charm with its colonial impressions. It's simply magnificent and you are treated and feel like royalty.

We stayed for five days in September 2023 after a whirlwind Golden Triangle tour and it was the perfect place to end our time in Delhi. They upgraded our room and from the restaurants, bar, pool and housekeeping, all of the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating getting to know them all on a first name basis. They catered to every request we had.

So looking forward to staying with them again in April this year.

I really impressed with the aura and environment of Hotel. One of the best hotels found in civil lines. The staffing and service quality was very much maintained in both hygienics aspects and healthy environment. Just love ❤ with this place and will revisit this place again :)

The rooms were spacious and comfortable for individual and family, The location is prime and close to all amenities in the city, Buffet lunch and dinner had a variety of options to choose from our on taste. Location is convenient as well for visiting Old Delhi, and accessing the muni/subway.

It was one of the BEST hotels I have ever experienced: a great building with over 100 years of history, classic, clean, great rooms and excellent service. As for the rooms, we were actually upgraded, so the impression of the rooms is more than the normal ones. But I think everyone can feel that the service is excellent. In some hotels there is often a strong pressure to tip for great service (I am Japanese and tipping is not customary in Japan), but I didn't feel that at all at this hotel, and I felt sincere service from the smiles of the staff.
To be honest, I don't even want to tell people about it because I don't want it to become too popular, but I'm writing my impressions here to express my gratitude.

Restaurant for breakfast and meals is too small for the capacity of this hotel. This hidden gem is elegant, good quality of food and clean.
Sadly, its situation does not offer alternatives for eating and shopping. Well kept. I loved staying here with my group of 23 pax middle of november

Couple can enjoy a lot . Excellent way to spent time here . Food is like anything I can't describe in work until some one visit it . I would like to recommend at least visit onces and gain the filling in comfortable cost.
