Venizia Sarovar Portico, Model Town

Attending my cousin's Mehndi ceremony at the hotel was a delightful experience. The entrance hall, adorned with beautiful decorations, set a fantastic tone. The restaurant's impeccable service and delectable food added to the overall enjoyment of the event.

I had a wonderful, convenient and very comfortable stay here thanks to Mr Santosh from the higher management, Mr Amit who ensured we had a complete and immaculately well served breakfast and Shankar ji who helped us with our bags and made us feel at home.

The staff especially the managers etc are dedicated and extremely professional.

The rooms are very comfortable however they might feel ever so slightly dated/needing tiny repairs.

The basic rooms are a bit worn from the high use/footfall in this area.

We were promptly given well done rooms and the higher tier rooms are much better to stay in.

Summing up:

This is a much older property which is usually sold out but the management and services are excellent....with a tiny bit of repairs etc every room here would become top notch.

Overall, highly recommended if you're staying in Mukherjee Nagar/Model Town.

Amazing hotel for stay, excellent food..love their coffee and cheese sandwich. It's also got a big playhouse for kids.. great meet up point too. Highly recommended.

This hotel definitely is an example of exemplary customer service. Reception staff were very helpful especially Shivani. Also Mr. Anil and Shankar were very cooperative. Housekeeping staff were also very attentive.The breakfast is satisfactory. Rooms are clean although the some amenities is little aged., but again is not an issue if you are here for a travel purpose.Overall great place and staff.

Nice big rooms and courteous staff. I stayed for two days and my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good but the in-room service was slow. Overall a pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel with a grand lovely big lounge. Complimentary breakfast is samptous and superb. Only dinner which was A la carte and not buffet was not up to the mark with no pax choice of food items but with option given by hotel.

It was a lovely Hotel experience and one of the best that I ever had at similar kind of property. We were two females who stayed at the Hotel for two days and three nights and it is really safe. The room was lovely and cozy with Twin Beds, a modern bathroom along with all the amenities including a Mini Fridge, LED, Two comfortable chairs and a Coffee Table etc.
The room was pretty spacious and really comfortable and cozy. Our room was thoroughly cleaned along with the Bathroom and the beds were made everyday.
The staff was also really polite, quick in service and courteous.
Overall it was an amazing and comfortable stay. Totally worth it :)

Frankly the lowest rated sarovar portico i have stayed in .. almost all things are just about ok. Food is ok, service ok, location is horrible pricing is ok but they cut corners ( but can't expect much at model town)

The hotel provides amazing/ luxurious stay in the middle of University of Delhi area. The service here is very good. I was here with my 2 yr old baby so i had some extra requirements for my kid but the staff here was very cooperative and helpful in fulfilling the needs of my kid without much trouble. Overall a very good stay here

Nice hotel. Good place to stay in Delhi. Very near to Model town metro station and Vijay Nagar market but still not much traffic and noise. Nice ambience which is even improved after recent renovation. Staff is also good and cooperative. I have very sweet memory in this regard as I had to cut short stay of one of my guest for whom I booked the hotel and staff helped me to get refund from the service provider as I made booking online. My good wishes to staff and management.
