SBI Shakarpur Branch

Went here for aadhar card updation. The process was hassle free and even after waiting in the queue, my request was fully processed within half hour. It usually takes 10 minutes per request for aadhar updation. The person working there handles each request politely and is very professional.

Nice branch but rush for Aadhar update.

Went this branch to update my mobile number in my aadhar card.

Very bad services. Half of the time they are having lunch, break, etc etc....
Not so gd behaviour to the customers and they just postponds every small work to tomorrow.. SBI should take serious action against this branch...

Very bad experience i had here... I visited this place first time, i wanted to open a new bank account and they said talk to the women and that women was a bi@ch she ignored me and doesn't answers my question... She also said that the servers are not working at this time.. When i ask when will it work,when can i come again? She said i don't know... Like what the hell?
I hope they read this and tell their staff to behave properly..

Very bad experience, went for current account opening, one of the senior staff told me to pass the documents to the next window. And in return of my query for account opening he gave the form only. And the tone he uses to communicate, feels so arrogant he is. Never recommend anyone.

Worst branch may be bank too... These employees don't know how to deal with customers. I went there just to ask how can i open my sbi account but that lady in the counter started arguing with me because i asked her the procedure.

Employee include branch manger not known as any related query of customer and not proper behaviour from customer and communication skill developed all branch employee including branch manager

please visit another branch because all employee are lazy and then can go anywhere anytime.Most of the time they are at lunch.

It is worst branch . I went there for make a demand draft. They taken 6 h for make a DD. Very slow, lazy employees.

Bank Closes before time on daily .
