I love this place,best choice I've made .I highly recommend this place to who wants to get in shape .🧍🏻‍♀The trainer is super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at, he make you feel really comfortable . The 30min HIT training goes super fast and I really enjoy doing it. In case when I go out of city i can join online workout session too. Everyday is a new training,so it is never boring. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave👈🏋🤸

Truly the best gym in the area. The gym is well equipped and trainer is great at his work, gives attention to everyone. Also, he arranges multiple sessions daily that helps you maintain a workout regime despite your busy schedule. In case. you can’t visit the gym, you can take sessions online too!! I’ve been going there for almost a month now and can vouch for it. You don’t need to think twice before joining!

I really like the environment of the gym.The trainer is a professional guy and he is damn good at his job.

I personally love the gym as I went there for quite some time. If you are a female looking for lady's gym in laxminagar/Shakarpur, you can join it without giving it a second thought. The trainer is very professional, qualified and trains you well to give you productive hours. The gym is well equipped with all the facilities provided right. Fees charged is also feasible. You can go on a trial for a day to check if it fits you.

Where do I start, this gym is only for women. I have been going there about 2 weeks and I am totally loving the experience. This gym has some awesome energy that moved you to the incredible energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer. If I talk about the trainer, they understand what you are striving for and they will get you there and further, while having fun. Also, eager to help and will to take time with you.
The trainer at MKS GYM have offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out while working out. I'm still running, but now I feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the MKS GYM.

Would recommend to all the women out there to join to be fit. As you will get trained with High intensity workout,cross fit and cardio which you can maintain throughout your life with or without the equipments. Also you can have online trainings. So it doesn't matter if you live nearby the place or not.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. This gym is perfect option for those people who wants alwez fit in there busy life. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've seen in a gym with a better vibe. if your goal is to simply stay fit then this is the better option. Great atmosphere, easy access to all equipment not to rammed in, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Yes, i recommended this gym bcoz it is very helpfull for me i loose weight very fast my fitness levels is increased day by day.. Seriously i loved it..

Gym for girls..the best part of the feel.
Trainers are very much motivated and concerned about each and every person over there.
I m the person who is afraid of gym,exercises,but today i had a zeal in myself that yes i need to go.
The best part is i enjoy over there and offcourse my health related issues got solved.
