3 visits and long waiting time just to get passbook updated, because "relevant employee is on leave" and "the system isn't working".

The customer service from the staff at this bank is one of the worst I have experienced so far. They are incompetent and then try to blame the server or the customer. They treat their customers like cattle with no respect for time or the inconvenience. The branch manager said that it is a favour that they are letting people enter, or they will make everyone stand outside in the sun to get their 2000 currency notes changed as if threatening me to shut up.

This is when people don't want to work and they distract others also. I have visited personally twice and stood in a queue for almost 15-20 minutes as I was looking for small currency notes like 10,20 and 50 for a marriage function in my family. The cashier said he placed his indent and expected to receive it on Monday. On Monday I visited and they said it will be there on Wednesday so I said I will come on Wednesday. In between a gentleman jumped into the middle named" Anuj Tondon" and said Sir no need to come... pls take my number and just call me on Wednesday, I thanked him for his supportive gesture. But I have called him more than 10 times on Wednesdays at different times as it was a real urgency for me. But he didn't answer and even he doesn't have the courtesy to even call back. Such stupid behaviour from an employee. Why you jumped into the middle when you do not want to help others? Ridiculous

So Rude! They treat people like their time has no value. Moreover, the branch manager acts so indifferent and ignorant towards problems faced by people. JUST TERRIBLE 🤮

The most worst branch . Branch manager till the customer care no one is trained don't know how to handle queries and resolve only wants to check customer balance in account and sell investment schemes . The most untrained staff and don't expect any resolution. They don't know how to stop a simple ecs instruction on an account
