They misguide you to fulfil their targets. I was told at the time of account opening that Minimum average balance(MAB) in this account will be Rs.10,000/-. But soon I started receiving messages and emails to maintain MAB of Rs.25,000/- or else liable to pay penalties. They are not closing this account even after giving written request to close the account, and continue to send messages and emails for maintaining so called MAB. Please be very careful if you ever choose to maintain any type of account with them.

Employees are so unprofessional here . I want to point out specially a guy named rajesh kumar who work here . I asked him about the icici MINE zero balance account he straight away denied me saying he is not aware about any such scheme .
I don't know how ICICI hire these type of people .

This bank is unfit for healthy services in Indian banking system. The charges are arbitrary and unjust. Few years ago when people quote frequently about harassment by this bank, I oppose vehemently, but now i think that their opinions were correct. No customer support, staff is more English than Indian.

After bein a good customer for many years, I was very disappointed finally by obvious fraudulent behavior and false information. I closed all my account with ICICI.
