Burn It Up - Gym in Bilaspur, Strength Training & Fitness

When I joined the gym, I thought I would not be able to last more than 10 days, but after coming here, I have started feeling like I have become addicted to this gym, the main reason for this is the atmosphere here. All the staff here are very good from top to bottom. The trainers here will motivate you so much that you will be forced to always be ready to achieve your goal, I want to tell the people of Bilaspur that before joining any gym, they should definitely visit this gym once.

Undoubtedly, one of the best gym I've ever been to. The whole set up sparks a positive vibe along with friendly trainers. Furthermore, the equipments are in plenty and clean. I'm highly satisfied with the whole ambience of this gym 👍

It's been almost a year since I joined this gym
The pros about gym
1- The trainers are very friendly professional and supportive
2- the equipment are well maintained and organised
3- there is a lift in the gym which you won't find having a great impact (till it's a leg day and you don't want to climb stairs 🤪)
4- the songs playlist of this gym is good
5- the best part of the gym is the view from windows during sunset
6- seprate floor for cardio

Burn it up has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional , trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you to achieve your goals. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. You will not leave disappointed . Would highly recommwnd.!😊

This Gym has everything you need from a gym cafe to every gym equipments to steam bath. It's a one stop solution for your fit and healthy body. It's a four floor gym, ground floor consisting a gym cafe, first floor is cardio section, Second floor is weight training and third floor is cross fit and all. You may not find some leg machines but whatever the machine this Gym has is more than enough for anyone. You should definitely check out out this Gym If you are looking forward to join one. Personally I would suggest you to join this Gym over any other Gym in Bilaspur.

Healthy and motivating atmosphere for workout even for women. No waiting for machine and they have great variety of equipments. Friendly and cooperative trainer and staff.
