I have visited at this hotel for bussiness. I had very good experiance.

It was a wonderful experience for me ☺ with the awesome banquet hall the premium ambience and the staff were good the management was extremely good the best rooms not booked the room but the ambience was good 😊👍👍

Great customer service, as usual. The food is always delicious but is improved over recent visits. It seems like the kitchen staff has added some new dishes to the breakfast option and the flavours are quite good. I always look forward to my visit to this hotel for family dinners and party. We have privilege of great location so everything is nearby.
The rooms are near and clean. Happening places right next to the hotel. The hotel food is also amazing. Special mention of the laundry staff, for accepting my request for early delivery. She got it ready and delivered ahead of time. All in all a very Pleasant Stay.

It was a pretty nice ambient atmosphere there ,I feel really free and delighted there ,Staff was really very cooperative and at the end The Manager offered me a Complimentary Tea .Rooms are pretty clean and I feel the Bliss of hospitality there. Room Service shows very positive behaviour towards their customers, I am delighted that I get a chance to explore such underrated hotel, it's services are really great .Kudos to Hotel Centre Point and staff.😄

Exceptional guest-centric service
I have stayed for over 30 nights at this hotel in the last 8 months. I have experienced the changes forced by COVID-driven local regulations and restrictions. I am impressed by the commitment and focus of the entire staff towards ensuring guest satisfaction and happiness, not to forget safety of everyone, throughout this period. One attention to detail, among several, worth mentioning is, for most of my several noncontiguous stays, I was lodged in the same room on the same floor on the same side of the building (I like the views from that side). Another highlight is when my husband was pleasantly surprised to see a framed picture of us on the dresser when she joined me for one of my trips. Unlike many other hotels I have stayed at, all the amenities in the rooms that I stayed in were in working condition. I have no hesitation, based on my stay experience, to describe this hotel as 'the earth's best guest-centric hotel'.

A very good hotel. It is also very clean. Dominoz is there at ground floor. It's infrastructure is very good which makes it very attractive from the highway. Lift facility is also available here. The workers are polite. Engagement, birthday party celebration, etc can be done here. Overall it is one of the best hotel in Gorakhpur. You will not be disappointed.

I visited first time at Gorakhpur for official tour. The Hotel Receptionist Sh. Adarsh Kumar behavior is excellent and very polite. Hyginic washroom bedroom, AC and TV are proper working condition. Testy food but expensive. First of all thing that the Hotel is situated on the road head whereas public transport connectivity available. Satisfied with the stay.

This hotel will definitely give the feeling of residing in a premium hotel.
1. Cleanliness 9.5 / 10
Right from the matress, floors, mirrors, washrooms everything is so beautifully maintained that you'll feel really great to stay here.
2. Location
As the name defines the hotel is exactly in the centre so you easily have access to 4 or 5 banks and ATMs. There are also hotels and even a "Domino's" is present near by.
3. Price
Price is little high to Rs.2200 per day, but you get breakfast which is inclusive of the prices paid for the room. You get tea and Aloo paratha or paneer parathas which are great.
4. Laundry
Even laundry is available here for Rs.100 per cloth.
5. Wash rooms
Yea I'd give an easy 10/10 for the wash rooms, you get hot water facility and everything will shine bright with the level of maintenance.

Have a pleasant stay here and I definitely had a great experience to a level where I felt like giving my review about this hotel.

It is veg and non-veg both type restaurant. Here you must ho for lunch and dinner with family. The food is very good in taste. And quality is also good. Neet and clean atmosphere. Staff behaviour is also good as you expected.

The hotel is located at prime location. Event management by hotel staff is really good. Food was excellent.
