Hotel Clarks Grand

Was staying there with my mom to get rest but she got really ill and stopped breathing.(now fully recovered)
The staff was really helpfull during the incident both helping mom and also at the hospital.

A really good place to stay,
A little pricey though, but the rooms do support the price range.
Only problem with the rooms is that their is not a good view.
Hotel offers a breakfast buffet and it really is awesome.
I spent two nights there recently.
Hotel staff is very helpful and nice.
Also they housekeeping comes whenever you ask for them and the staff is really nice.
To summarise my stay I would say I Loved it.
But keep the price a little low, not much, just a little, then it's perfect.

The food quality is good and we as foodie had a dinner with owner and that a such a great personality and really food is good but service is slow. Buffett system is their, if you want to order you can get 600/- Or near to this in map plan for per person that's too good. And good facility for Accomodating 3 person in a room.

Incredible service and staff except for one waiter who was adamant on getting tips haha! Apart from that the hotel is fantastic with great food and very polite staff with great facilities! Highly recommended!

Nice & Spacious hotel with very clean rooms. Food is also good & tasty. Although their check-in/check-out time is at 12 noon but there is no rigid rule. They allot rooms before time if rooms are vacant & also are happy in extending check-out by some hours at guest convenience. Overall stay was really good.

This is my 3rd time visit after nov 2021. But i felt it good now ..things has been changed than earlier now food and service both are excellent than earlier especially i would like to pay thanks their restaurant manager Kafil is doing great, entertaining the guest and very smart in suggesting of food selection, he is very caring and sincere toward the guest satisfaction , getting feed back on time to time regarding the food services , taste and any delay of services, Great experience , great service better than earlier.

I think this is one of the best hotel in gorakhpur.
It has large area and very big building....
I think there is more then 100 apartments.
It is few meter away from the main road(highway) but still quite good entrance.......
And also field area in front of this hotel is very large

Nice accommodation in this hotel. The rooms are really big than other hotels in Gorakhpur. Reading through some reviews I find very negative comments which is not true. Now Hotel industry in Gorakhpur have really boomed up with many new hotels coming into existence. The competitors really put negative comments in order to grab the reader for their own benefit as here any google account user can comment without even having come to this place. So please do not get sabotage by other thoughts. This hotel being in prime location is really good giving best service for fresh and tasty cuisine. Both Veg. & non-veg food are really good.

Excellent Service

Restaurant executives showed lot of warmth and assisted in choice of dishes with proper suggestions. The staff is very prompt in offering service right from fast check-in, room service, laundry drop without reminder. Would like to specially thank Mr. Rajan, executive chef who was quite thoughtful in arranging dinner provision in advance before the kitchen got closed when had a delayed late night check-in. I am definitely looking forward to stay with Hotel Clarks Grand during future trips to Gorakhpur.

the is out standing ....Can't say enough about the hotel, the location (walking distance to almost everything), the friendliness of the staff and the superb restaurant - all excellent. food had a wide assortment items - something for everyone. Wouldn't hesitate to say.
