Worst Branch ever. I've visited this branch today as I wanted to deactivate my current debit card and requested to issue a new one. They instantly denied my request, and asked to do it via Netbanking. When I told them my Netbanking is not working, they arrogantly said, so do it after sometime. Later on I called the call center and they told me that I can get an Instant card. I again visited the branch and they straightaway denied the request saying we don't have indtant card available, please visit another branch.
Its my humble request to everyone please don't visit this branch ever. They just sut and relax instead of attending the customers.

Worst HDFC branch. Don't plan any bank service from this branch. I have submitted my account opening form last 26 days ago still no update. I have visited 4 to 5 times and every time they tolad it will take another 2 days.
On time of account opening i have submitted the check and the check is cleared but still account is not opened.
Please don't plan any service from Pandav Nagar HDFC branch.

I Visited The Branch Today At around 1.45pm to 1.50pm No Covid Protocols Followed By The Banking Staff.

And when you’re about the enter the branch mask is compulsory only for the customers.

No covid rules for the bank staff sitting inside the bank.

After asking the guard about this he was like i am doing my so called duty.

I have so many complaints that I can't even remember them now. Starting from opening my account without my approval to charging it with random charges and not responding to my emails, feedbacks, and customer requests; this is the worst bank on this entire planet. I wish there was a negative star to give. :/
