I have been a patient of Dr. Poonam since a long time. She is a brilliant, knowledgeable and a caring dentist. I was very impressed with the way she explains everything. She provides a personal touch that I feel lacks from many other dental clinics.

The best i like about Dr Bhatia though is that she is a pain-conscious person who will stop the moment you wince a bit. She never pushes the procedure beyond one's tolerance limit, which varies from person to person.

Dr. Poonam Ma'm has treated me and my family for as long as 20 years. She is almost like our go to person for all our dental needs.
A very recent experience, where she treated my aged grandmother with her dentures, was something which made me realise the significance of why we keep re-visiting her. It is because she understands her patients at a very radical level. She is kind and ensures that her patience do not feel troubled at all.
