Hotel Vinayak and Thendral Bar

Very good hotel, ideally located near to railway station and good eateries around.

Most importantly very good customer service. They definitely go beyond and provide you & attend to your requests.

Rooms are little smaller but cleanliness & their service is beyond expectations.

If you are looking for comfortable stay and not to be harrassed around by staff in Coimbatore then would recommend it.

Management people are very good. I m very satisfied with their service. Whenever we ask anything immediately they help us. Especially provide water everytime. Highly recommended this hotel. We are whole family very comfortable to stay for 5 days. Very close to railway station. Affordable room rent.

Overall the hospitality of the people working there was good... and rooms were neat and clean services provided time in and again

Rooms are neat and tidy bathroom is pretty spacious. Air conditioner and tv was working but the downside is they dont have wifi or electric kettle as advertised

Every thing was good as we stayed only during night times,only problem is they don't provide handwashes in rooms, especially with kids it's mandatory to have basic things in room services.

This hotel is very nice and Dhurgaprasath is a very good person in this hotel he take care of all geast he attached all geast like a family person 🥰😘👍

Rooms are good. Service is also great. Please provide mattress at the bathroom. So that we can dry our legs before stepping onto the bed.

Easy accessible... Overall good property

I only booked the room for my relatives, didn't get any complaints. One reason for 5 star is they are flexible, so flexible. I booked the rooms week back and after guest reached they requested for a room cancellation which the accepted and gave the money back. Very customer friendly or maybe due to covid period. I'm more than satisfied.
No parking space available.

Tip: The same hotel/rooms are marketed as 'PPH Railotel' in many booking sites. You will most probably see it at the top of your search results. And it will be slightly higher in cost. You just skip it and search for 'Hotel Vinayak' directly. The family room (2 double beds) was Rs. 700 lesser if booked this way.
Bar: Thendral bar is not recommended. They allow smoking inside and they just use heavy air sprays to hide the smell. There is 'jungle bar' in the next compound. They have some great staff and clean bar.

Nice and feel at home. This is my second home like in Coimbatore. I have been staying here for the past 10 years.

Stay was very good. Neat and clean rooms. Bar has a separate entrance in no way affecting the hotel area.

Very good room service, Prabhakaran

This is for Thendral Bar and never tried the hotel though. Unlimited multiple variety sides for alcohol drinks, this has been the same experience for the last 8 years. Whenever I visit coimbatore, I ensure to touch this place at least once. Courteous staff and amazing food too. Sides are chicken, Idly , popcorn, boiled egg, chips, peanuts and 6 other small dishes.

It's a low budget,decent hotel. No food available here. People are friendly and helpful.
