I've recently joined this v fit Gym and found this place so supportive. One of the best gym in coimbatore. Good space, quality crowd. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained well.. Equipment's are in good condition and are enough for advance workouts. Also, Crossfit is available here! This could only happen with having best trainers in your gym. Diligence of staff, keen focus on cleanliness and above all best measures for disinfecting the space are the best features of Vfit Fitness in Vadavalli Branch. I personally am very happy with the personal trainers here, who have been training me for a while now. Personal Trainers extremely smart at catching blind spots and put special attention to it. Vfit gym have good environment. they have separate space for weight training and core training. Master have conduct monthly challenge and . fitness marathon. Saturday group activity etc .. Ramani master has well knowledge person.

Modern gym equipments for chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps and legs are available in good condition. Ample spaced with good ventilation and having nice stereo system for pros. After a month of regular exercise, I feel better with no joint pain and refreshing.
