Mr.Lakshmanan sir ,the founder of A SQUARE FITNESS STUDIO,he is very calm and gentlemen,then overall staff was certified trainer and workouts was very effective and machines are international certified approved and I request to the beginners in the gym

To be Frank I'm a skinny guy . Where I go I always be body shamed and it always hurts . I decided to join a gym finally in god's grace I found a superb gym .

When I entered they didn't hesitated or avoided me though my shape , they understood my need and encouraged me.i working out hard and I'll come up a gud shape soon .I have confidence in me

Gym ambience is superb with enough rods and dumbbells and other power machines . Gud audio video system.

Owner of the gym is cool gym , he leave us free . No issues in that .

Trainer Gokul is very encouraging. He always encourage be to put reps and work out . I may think I can't . But he will encourage. So I can lift up it ..

As of Sharing my experience in A square, this place makes me feel like not to leave, well maintained and well equipped neat and clean gym with a friendly and easy going,humble trainer(Gokul) ,who will take care of us like a friend from long time.The sessions provided by the gym is very encouraging and every clarifications will be cleared on spot. If you are looking for a gym, i will surely suggest A square fitness studio where every penny we spend worth it.

spacious gym with brand new equipments & pleasant ambiance. Also personal care and guidance given by the trainers for workout & diet. Worth of coast n i reduce my weight 90 to 87

I am sabharish,from last month I am going to A SQUARE FITNESS STUDIO and I can see good result after one month, my trainer (Gokul) having vast experience in gym and teaches many things regarding developing my body. I am happy to be a part of A square fitness studio family member 💪💯

The ambience is good and there are vast collection of equipments to use and very clean. I would also encourage people from tidel park to join this gym as it is nearby and easily reachable.

Not for any promotions, As the mate at A square...I am very much satisfied with the the way they scheduled the practice sessions and conducting special trainings on biweekly basis..
I had no previous experience in any of the health clubs..Even then I felt very confident to continue to here for long..
And ofcourse the trainer Gokul, conducting the sessions on a cool manner and making us comfortable to do more..
And am planning to bring my wife also to here..as I felt its very secure place for ladies to do the workout without fear..

i feel overwhelmed with all new upgraded gym equipment it makes me feel more comfortable, safe and secured place to workout , which keeps me to stay fit , more confident , less stress , and feel happy. A Square Fitness studio 🫶 ...
