This gym has helped me a lot in fitness journey. I have joined gym by September and till now I have reduced weight from 86 to 76kg i have reduced around 10 kgs in last 4 months with only proper diet and weight training. Master Mani bala has helped me a lot during this journey by guiding in each stage and proper diet.

Excellent gym with proper equipment. We'll trained coach and training.

The trainer is a very nice and knowledgeable person.
The fees is also very very affordable.
There are seperate morning and evening sessions and you can come according to your comfort.
Though it is not air conditioned, the air circulation is good as it is on the top floor.
It's a great place for students.
