There as a time, when this was a good option for self-drive cars, but somehow their customer experience is plummeting. For the car I was given the engine stalled while I was overtaking in the mountains - Now that is dangerous. I had to spend one entire day getting the car fixed for which the company agreed to reimburse the cost. Now that's one whole day of inconvenience and hassle, if one were to discount that I was in a dangerous situation to being with!!

I do hope they improve their pre-checks on the cars before handing it to consumers or not listing faulty cars on their interface in the first place.

They are a fraud company.
First they gave me a Haryana (yellow) plate car for my Delhi address and now I have to bear tha cost of RTO tax.

After talking with customer care they simply refuse to provide a Delhi permit or Delhi number car.

Now I have to bear the cost for driving the car in Delhi.

Please beware of this company. It’s better to book other services.

Absolute scammers. Provided a vehicle with inadequate supplies. Broke down midway. Company promised to pay for the return commute (which arrived after 12 hours of waiting). No assistance provided for repairs. Now claiming that the user has put local coolant. Ended up paying 16000 for 2 days despite wasting an entire day waiting for help. Check every nook and corner of the car before even thinking of going ahead with these leeches.

The worst self drive app out there. Do not waste your 350 rs by even signing up with them. They will tell you after the booking that there is an issue with your documents when everyone else out there has no issues. Probably they started this service for criminals due to which added security measures are in place.
