Niros Restaurant

We had a really great meal at Niro's, with exceptionally delicious food and lovely service.

Their famous laal mas was amazingly delicious and spicy fiery. We also had their sarson ka saag, bondi raita, a selection of breads and of course, an ice cold Kingfisher beer.

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Our bill came and I paid with my card as we were travelling.

All was good until the server came back with the receipt and returned my card and made it a point to tell us - We have no service charge and you can leave us a cash tip if you want.

While I did leave a small tip, I couldn't help but wonder why Niro's management doesn't simply pay their staff a fair wage instead of relying on customer gratuities.

Niro's is far from a cheap or dingy establishment, and their staff deserves to be compensated accordingly.

It's time for restaurants like Niro's to step up and ensure their employees are fairly rewarded for their hard work and dedication. After all, it's the staff who make the dining experience what it is – truly exceptional.

The food was great: ordered gatta curry, laal maans and paneer. The breads and all the items were absolutely well done and delicious. The staff was courteous and service was on point.

Loved the ambience of the place too. Will recommend!

At the Heart of MI Road. A good option to try Rajasthani Lal Maans. Had tried Semi gravy dry chilli chicken which tasted a bit different yet appealing.

This is one of the best ever restaurant to dine in while in Jaipur. A bit of the things I noticed.

Most of the staff are in their 40s so they are poised, know how to serve, what the customers expect etc.

They do not hesitate to go a bit further in terms of service. I ordered 2 Tandoori Rotis, 1 of them became cold and hard.

This guy walked over me and urged me to discard that one and offered a fresh one. So they are careful of what their customers eat.

Food tasted great too but light on tummy. We had a plate of Laal Maas full of red pepper but no effect on tummy the next day. Loved the style of serving Malai Tikka. Simple Jeera Rice will blow anyone's mind honestly.

Was visiting Jaipur for a couple of days & wanted to eat some Rajasthani food (came here several years back). Stopped by here & absolutely loved the food. I ordered the Rajasthani Sula (boneless lamb), Murg Malai Kebab, and garlic naan (probably one of the best garlic naan I’ve ever had). Everything was so good - I’m from the U.S. & we don’t get indian food this good there, so this was amazing. You can taste the charcoal in these kebabs, will definitely be back!

Lal Maans gravy is served very special with high quality mathania lal mirch. Sula is cooked properly and Missi Roti with ghee is one of the best that we have ever had!

One of the Most Succulent and Best Mutton Tikka and Chicken Malai Tikka me and my family enjoyed for lunch with Perfectly Chilled beers.
Mutton Rogan Josh was good but we have had better plenty of times elsewhere.

Niros is the only place for authentic Lal Maas in Jaipur..Servicing the people from 1949.

After a Big fat Indian wedding in Jaipur , what should one do ? Go and pack some delectable Rajasthani food and take it back with you. We had to bring Laal Maas for my family members from Jaipur and Niro's is the place to get it from. One of the oldest (since 1949) and most famous restaurants of Jaipur Niro's is located on the famous MI road on the right hand side just opposite Monte Carlo and Khadi Bhandaar. This is just a super classy place with a great old world charm.

We didn't intend to have lunch that time , but we thought of having something before we hit the road. In hindsight it was a great decision as by the time we reached home we were famished lol. We ordered 3 plates of Laal Maas , 2 plates of Rajasthani Sulah and 2 plates of Gatta Curry which we asked them to pack safely for the road. In the meantime we ordered their Mutton Burger Steak to have for lunch. Mutton Burger Steak took some time to come as it was prepared on a sizzler platter. There are 2 huge mutton burger patties in the middle of the sizzler and on the side there is cabbage which is directly toasted by the sizzler , french fries , caramelized onions , veggies and a side of spinach sauce. It's a whole show when the dish comes and people are turning and taking a look at what was ordered. On the side there is a serving of a light mutton Jus which is then used to top the mutton patties. This is one of the finest sizzlers I have ever had. The mutton burger patty was not too overpowering with the spices but just enough to have some different flavours apart from the lamb. The mutton in Jaipur had just been awesome and so was this. The onions in the patty gave a nice crunchy texture to it. Then the cabbage , I generally don't have cabbage as it's not very clean but as it was on the sizzler I ate it and that was really nice . Fresh with a crunch and a bit of bitterness due to it getting sizzled was really nice. The green beans , carrots and tomatoes were all very nice with the rich meal and gave a nice healthy and fresh element . But the main thing was that spinach sauce , that was just fantastic. Again mild but a flavour bomb it really elevated the dish big time. It went well with everything - the mutton burger , the fries , veggies ! The caramelized onions were a nice addition as they brought in sweetness to it while the fries were a bit soggy but a nice starchy part of the meal. Overall this was just an amazing dish.

We finished off our lunch with a Tutti Frutti Ice Cream which they make in house. It was served in a beautiful silver glass (2 in our case as we asked for a split) and is made using fruits which are candied. The ice cream was a mix of vanilla and strawberry and the fruits were apple , pineapple , melon etc which were all candied and put into the ice cream . Fantastic tutti Frutti Ice cream for sure.

We were served by Mr.Ratan Roy , who really did a phenomenal job. He was very meticulous and systematic in terms of serving and really was on point with his job. Kudos to him . Finally our packed goods came and we paid our bill , which was pretty high but worth it in my opinion. We paid around 7000 for the whole food we are and packaged. The food we brought home was perfectly packaged and nothing spilled out. The laal Maas was just amazing , decently spice but full of flavours and the mutton was tender as usual. The lamb sulah was really tasty aswell , again full of flavours packed in a small package. The gatta wasn't very good but oh well. Price as mentioned is definitely on the higher side but it's worth it especially if you are dining in the restaurant as one will enjoy a classy meal with great service and fantastic food. Will definitely be back for more next time in Jaipur.

This restaurant came highly recommend and for good reason. Great location along main road. Top shelf in every way. The service was excellent. Food delicious. Washrooms clean. Cleanest I’ve seen. This restaurant has been around for decades It seems to be well known and well loved by young and old alike. It is an upscale establishment and so the prices reflect that, but the food is worth it and portions are good. The menu is large and diverse with a full selection of Rajasthani Indian, Chinese and international dishes. Highly recommend. Treat yourself.

Pro tip. Indian Chinese is different than Chinese Chinese.

Operating since 1949, this is a heritage restaurant.
The staff are superbly trained and move efficiently to look after the guests at each table.
They have incredible Indian and Continental options. I chose Continental options like Fish Fry, a Mutton Platter and a Fish Au Gratin. The food was delightfully delicious and well presented.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to taste and see a bit of the classy heritage food and crowd of Jaipur.

Laal Maas. Absolutely devine. No other Mutton that ive had in a restaurant comes close. Service is really good too and so is the ambience. Other items on the menu are decent but the prices are eye watering (could also be due to spicy food lol) Parking space is based on luck. Highly recommended only for the Laal Maas and Mirchi Ka Achaar

Great food. Even veg food is nice, although famous for the non-veg. Lassi was delicious too. Must go if you are looking for good crowd and ambience. Quite pocket friendly as well Simple good food served hot and without any frills. Neat and clean ambience with chefs who know what they are cooking. The place has a nice soothing effect at end of the day and I have been visiting this place

It's a good restaurant with delicious food and near to good service from waitress to every staff. Moreover the ambiance and vibe is so good that you will forget everything else

If you are a non veg food lover & don't hesitate to try new dishes thn this place is must visit. Food is too delicious. Ambience is nice, staff is polite & food gets served within time. Yes they have various Vegbdishes on menu too.

Very good ambience. Went to this place after being recommended by a lot of people. Didn't disappoint at all. Very flattering lighting and good ambience. Must go before peak rush starts, then you will enjoy more. We went early evening and it was a bliss. Good place, good food and variety. Slightly steep, price-wise.

If you are visiting Jaipur and a foodie ...you should not miss visiting Niros n trying out their Lal maas.

We went their for dinner on a Saturday night but since we were early we did not have to wait in queue which is a regular feature there.

The ambience was good and the staff was really attentive and courteous.

Though, the restaurant has indian, continental and chinese but Since we were in Rajasthan our focus was Rajasthani cusine...We ordered the following from the menu:

- Rajasthani sula
- Laal Maas along with roti

For the dessert we had
- Niros special

The experience was amazing and it's a must try.

One of the iconic fine dine restaurant in Jaipur . Tried there sizzler and kebabs and it was amazing . Service from the staff was good and they were quite attentive.

Niros is one of the best restaurants in Jaipur you can go to. The food is just absolutely amazing, the quality, quantity is good the price is a little bit high, but most of restaurants in Jaipur coming under this category has somewhat similar rate. The only drawback i noticed was the washroom only 1 washroom is there for both ladies and gents, but its so clean.
