Just completed 2 months of training. All thanks to gym trainers and staff members I would like to thanks especially prakash sir ,sultan sir and yogesh bhai the floor trainer helped me alot to understand the basic forms and advance form. Gold’s gym is one of the best gym in the area. It is spacious and well maintained. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to mention specifically about Vinayak Panchal. I have been working out with him for close to a year. The best part about working out with him is that his sessions are not monotonous. He makes sure that there are variations in exercises, which makes coming to the gym even more interesting.

Best gym in goregaon East. Gold's is a brand of class and history, it is where Arnold made himself Arnold, and you will get the same feel here, as if you're following the legacy. From the no. Of equipments, cleanliness and an overall top notch vibe, no gym comes close. And yes golds also has a sauna room.

Golds Gym in goregaon east is one the best gyms in the area. It’s spacious and the staff is friendly. The trainers are very helpful and make sure that you are hitting your goals. I have trained with Vilas sir and Vinayak sir and both have helped me tremendously to build muscle and pushed me to be the best version of myself. Overall my experience at Golds has been great.

Crowd is well maintained and decent

It’s an excellent gym. The space and facilities are top noch. The trainers exactly know which exercise regime suits you and they guide you through it very well.

Fantastic gym with great service and awesome trainers. Equipments are very well maintained and updated with current versions. It's fun to workout here . Keep up the good work guys. Also love the cute little healthy cafe at the gym for an all time healthy option of juices and other healthy stuff

Gold's gym is one of the best gyms in Goregaon East. Very friendly staff and all their floor and personal trainers are well trained and helpful. Would like to specifically mention about Vinayak Panchal who is an excellent personal trainer. He has good knowledge, is patient and extremely accommodating to the needs of his clients, and takes personal interest in ensuring you get the best out of your workout sessions.

One of the AMAZING places to workout💪 in the area! Clean, spacious, well maintained! I've been working out with MR. VINAYAK PANCHAL for two months. He's really been very SUPPORTIVE, MOTIVATING and is very PATIENT👍. He ensures the training sessions are VARIED and FUN and motivates in making progress towards the goals. Im happy with my progress , getting much stronger. All thanks to Mr VINAYAK for his guidance! I would highly reccommend him to anyone whos looking for a PERSONAL TRAINER!

Best gym in the area! Spacious, good machines, decent crowd ( meaning no-one stares at you), warm staff, clean washroom. Have been taking PT from Vinayak for 3-4 years now...great trainer, focuses on client's goals and forms. Highly recommended. Oh, the little cafe is great too!

I was very happy with the people over there because they were very helpful and they were very sportive while we were doing our activities over there. Overall it was a good experience with working with the people 🥳 the subscription or being the member of the gym is worth to pay that much amount because the gym is very well maintained its very clean and the trainer are very helpful and kind they are very motivated.

This is the only spacious gym available in this area. Equipments are top quality, staff and trainers are top quality too. I have been training with Vaibhav(trainer), he is really good in his job. This gym turned out really cost effective for me.

Vinod warunghase is good trainer in the gym.he is very sweet and nice person,his workout is very good. You won't regret.if you want session for personel trainer with him so just contact goregaon east gold gym.
