Average Public Sector Bank. All Facilities are available but some staff could be slow. There are times when the server is down or the internet connection is down or the printers don't work. But I guess that comes naturally with a public sector bank.

Most of the time this ATM not working. For last 7 days cash is not available in this ATM. Very pathetic service.

Worst experience ever
They just cut money From the account saying atm charges,but my atm card was inactive still they deduct atm charge, even they told to deposit 2000 rs in subsidy account,as it was showing -2000rs,the reason they gave that in COVID time modi gives you help that money they are taking back,what kind of bank is this don't get it,very slow staff,with minimum working hours

Staff are very rude passing personnal comments while taking photographs of customer . They are not mataning decorum in bank if one person come with query all staff start fighting as if they running bhaji market and bank.

Cooperative staff, All pure basic banking facilities
No nuisance to advice and propose mediclaim, insurance etc policies
2nd & 4th Saturday holiday
Suggestion to bank of Maharashtra malad branch : plz increase Work timing (eg: till 4pm)
Con: they do not provide details in statement from which person money is credited. In case of cheque deposit, it only mention clearing and in case of NEFT/RTGS it mentions transfer only.

P.S : Recently faced many issues with this branch infrastructure and system failure. Often their system goes down, landlines also goes down. I just wanted softcopy of bank statement. They replied our system is down. I asked them to call other branch and ask them to mail, i told them it's urgent otherwise I wouldnt have bothered much. But all my request fell on deaf ears.
Internet banking also had some others issues. I get monthly statements automatically, but 3 months statements were missed by the system to mail me.

Bank working times should go till 5 pm from 2:30 pm . services should increase a lot . landline is dead always .some staff are not cooperative
