FITNESS MAFIA - Cross-Functional & MMA Gym

Fitness Mafia is the best place if you really want to know your potential, it's just been 15 days and I can feel the increase in my strength and stamina!
The workouts are amazing and everyday you have to push your limits with a different set of exercises!
If you are consistent then they will make sure you achieve whatever results you want!
And don't worry if you're a beginner or something, they will make sure that the exercises are of your level and you will get full attention everyday.
Plus if you want to experience a proper mma fight(beginner or amateur) , they will give you a platform for that as well.
All you have to do is just come to the gym, rest everything will be taken care of!

Hi everyone this is my 2nd month and trust me I have lost 13 kgs without diet and any supplements I have tried every gym in this vicinity and haven’t lost any kilos but at fitness mafia I have seen my weight shred down from 120 kgs to 107 kgs. Fitness mafia stays true to their words they pay attention on each and every member whether they r new or old. It’s more like a personal training gym but don’t charge extra for it. The members are like family and their camps are super awesome. You should definitely join fitness mafia for good results.

Our son Vihaan (Age: 9.5 years) has started Fitness Mafia team Goregaon West Branch since Mid August 2022. Its around 6 months and we have seen wonderful results with respect to his stamina and love for workout. We really appreciate the efforts put in by the trainers @ FM, Darshana mam, Rahul sir, Nimit Sir. He is getting very good personal & customized training & the results are visible, we are very happy with the people @ FM & nice friendly atmosphere FM team has created for Vihaan. FM team is very accommodative & Vihaan truly enjoys going there He now likes to exercise/ workout which before 6 months, before joining FM was like a punishment for him..so thanks for all your efforts & hope we will continue to get same support.

After trying more than 10 gyms joined fitness mafia and can’t explain how good this place is. Every session is a personal session here and gives you full satisfaction after working out. Just loving this place.

Have been a member here for almost 2 years. The trainers are fantastic. They give you the will to push and constantly motivate you over the course of time. After more than a year I am reviewing Fitness Mafia today. Just 3 days prior to Diwali, we had a special firecracker workout today as labelled by our very own Nimitt Sir. He made sure that we smashed ourselves to rock bottom only to rise up stronger than before. You become a better version of yourself after every single day. While discipline is key, FM ensures it can still be fun and lively at the same time and I couldn't be more glad to be a part of this great bunch of people. But now due to job commitments I have had to leave this amazing place. But I'll be lucky if I find a place half as good as this. Many many thanks to Nimitt Sir, I am forever grateful for his awesome training. Perhaps we'll see again in the future.

I shifted to Mumbai 6 months ago, I was looking for Functional and MMA training in Goregaon Malad. I tried 5-6 gyms in my locality but didn't like any while hunting for good place for workout I came through Fitness Mafia and thought to try. Day 1 was awesome with trainers and owner, they just gave me what I wanted. Loved the gym and the training. Finally got a permanent place for my kind of workout.

I joined Fitness Mafia about 2 years ago and I feel like I am in my best shape ever. Having never done Crossfit before, I was scared and a bit intimidated but the FM family were so friendly and helpful, really welcoming me in. The coaches are amazing with so much experience. I would recommend FM to anyone wanting to get functionally stronger while having alot of fun doing it.

I've been at Fitness Mafia for over two years now and have fallen in love with the atmosphere. The best! Writing an unbiased review, the best cross functional workout studio till now i have been. Fitness Mafia has uncountable different workouts and exercise to give so we get different sets of workouts everyday. It's very exhausting yet fun to do. It's been 2 months that i have joined here and I have seen the positive results and my level of activeness has increased tremendously. They don't ask you to follow any diet as they know their sessions well and what results can be achieved.
All the trainers are amazing and Darshana (owner) she takes care of each and every issue i have in my body (back n knees pain). So i know i can rely on them to get fit and healthy.

I avoided exercising at a gym for a long time because I struggle with social anxiety. I finally got the courage to visit Fitness Mafia after passing by their posters so many times. I was definitely nervous at first because I don't do well in large crowds and didn't know anything about boxing but I have absolutely no regrets. I've learned a lot about proper form and boxing techniques. The class sizes are smaller too which is great. The people here will make you feel like part of the family as soon as you step in. This is exactly what FM is...a family. I've only been a member for 3 months and the coaches and members have made me feel like I belong here. That feeling is what makes me come back for another class tomorrow.
