I stayed At gwalior Radisson earlier , this time it is was again warm welcome & stay.
Rani & nibedita were great at the checkin & check out both. They are doing great job here 👍

Loved the stay. The rooms were beautifully maintained. To top it up, the staff was very humble. Food quality was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh from the restaurant for taking care of my parents and asking them about their preference in food. This special concern that he showed was truly worth the appreciation.

Heartful thanks to Ms. Priya and Mr. Chandrakant from the front desk for solving all our concerns during the stay. Any question that we had during our stay was resolved in a swift manner.

Great stay experience at 303. Saurabh and Nibedita we're great hosts. The staff is courteous and rooms are tasteful. Food could be improved a tad. But hospitality and promptness is top notch.

Very nice stay at Gwalior. I was travelling with my family. This is a must to stop place for food and stay. The experience is fantastic the team members specially Nibedita and Rani , Chandrakant were very helpful. Do get in touch with them for any assistance.

Priya and Akash from the front office are amazing, wonderful customer service, very caring. Sunita from housekeeping was amazing, very close attention to detail. Wonderful experience, I will be coming back because of their amazing performance

My stay was very comfortable and the food of Indish was very much delicious.The room's ambience was very neat and clean and also I wanted to mention the safety and security of this hotel is really very proper.I wanted to mention few names those who are really great and always ready to help anyone. A very nice stay, nice centraliaee location, helpfull staff and nice food. Money will spent. Thanks to the hotel staff and miss priya who was very helpfull, recommended for a pleasent stay at gwalior.

Here everything is good from the cleanliness, service and the food. The spread for the breakfast was big and too good. We spoke with Ms Priya for general information and she happily replied for all our queries.

Radisson Gwalior had very comfortable rooms for stay. Location was central and very close to the Railway Station and local attractions. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They instantly made themselves available to us for our needs - be it the staff in Reception or Housekeeping or the Restaurant. Special mention to Sunita in housekeeping who helped us with a wide smile on her face everytime we met her. Also special mention to Mr. Manjur, Mr. Chandrakant for helping our big group get sorted and have everything we need. They were very adjusting. Ms. Nibedita and Ms. Rani at the front desk very also very helpful with the entire process, check-in and check-out.

I was in room no 227 from 18th to 20th Dec 2023. Extremely amiable staff always ready to help, food was excellent, rooms were good so was the room service but I was sleep deprived on the nights of 18th & 19th Dec. 2023 because there too much loud music being played till 11pm which was not expected of Radisson Gwalior.

All in all I wd give 75% to Radisson but if during future visits there is no such noise pollution the percentage would be at least 98%.

Especially Priya and Puja were always ready to help in every which way
