I am a sr.citizen n a customer of SBI since last 50yrs.Couple oc days back ,visited this branch with internet problem in my net banking.Was prepared to wait for long time due to shortage of staff .But the Branch Manager sokved problem within 15 mins.One meets such efficient n courteous rarely in govt.owned banks
