I recently had the privilege of taking my mother to DR. DEEPU at LIFE LINE HOSPITAL ADOOR, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. My mother was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Doctor and his staff. The atmosphere was reassuring, and the level of organization and efficiency was evident. Doctor took the time to thoroughly understand my mom’s concerns; he patiently addressed all her questions and provided clear explanations about the recommended surgery. He exudes confidence, which is incredibly reassuring for anyone undergoing surgery. He instills a sense of trust by taking the time to explain the procedure in a way that is easy to understand, alleviating any fears or concerns for the patient and relatives. The recovery time was remarkably swift, and the post-operative care received was comprehensive.

EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES (INCLUDING FOOD AND HOUSEKEEPING) -The facilities at LIFE LINE HOSPITAL are top-notch. The staffs are friendly, and the hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This, combined with excellent Doctors and staffs expertise, creates an environment that fosters healing and comfort. The food prepared by LILIs is excellent for ailing patients and bystanders. The premium rooms provided has an exceptional view ,whereby the beautiful sunrise and sunset can be witnessed, facilities inside room is exceptional and above all with close access to nurse station.

BIG THANKYOU & SHOUTOUT. My sincere thanks to Doctor Mathews John, the anesthetist and the team of guardian angels (nurses at post-operative ward) who gave us timely update on my mother’s condition. The PRO Team Preetha, Seethu and Anjumol who took utmost care of us right from day 1 until discharge, Suni Sister and all the nurses at 4th floor, the pharmacy team, billing team, the person who assisted with wheelchair, the girls who delivered food to us and housekeeping staff. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend LLH for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care that makes them an exceptional healthcare provider. Our experience at LLH under the care of Dr.Deepu was truly positive, and I am grateful for the outstanding level of medical care my mother received that has left a smile on her face as well as ours.

I am fully satisfied/happy with the treatment, facilities and services provided to my wife and me as a patient and attender from your hospital. However, needs improvement in the quality of food being served to patients and others from the canteen running near rear gate of hospital. It will be great help, if atleast, black coffee may be available in a shop in the hospital during night, please

We had a positive and satisfactory patient experience at Lifeline Hospital. Our interactions with Dr. Saramma Thomas in the Gynaecology department was truly commendable. During our consultations with her, we felt a homely atmosphere. She had provided us with the right dietary instructions and timely check-ups and even explained all our queries. She treated us with the utmost care and respect throughout. We highly appreciate the immense support and motivation ma'am ensured us with during our first delivery experience at Lifeline. Her clinical judgements enabled us to make an informed decision that we believe was the right one. We surely endorse ma'ams treatment methods and approaches to any upcoming patients considering Lifeline for their delivery.

Very good hospital with excellent doctors. Staff were polite. In-house canteen also provided good quality food. Treatment cost is extremely low as compared to other comparable hospitals. Very crowded & busy with high wait times & queues during in-patient hours however this most likely might ease up with the expansion of newer floors which is currently underway.

I am very thankful for the service I got from this hospital.Dr Anit Mathews madam gave me the best care and support throughout my pregnancy period, especially on my CS day. My sincere gratitude to all the staff nurses in the post-operative ICU and the staffs in the NICU for making me and my baby feeling relaxed.

My association with Lifeline Hospital-Adoor was when my husband had a fall resulting in a fracture. Upon diagnosis, decision was taken to perform surgery.
We had to wait for 3 days as he was on blood thinner tablet- heart medication.
We are from Hyderabad. We were in constant touch with Dr. Praveen. K, Ortho surgeon for the proceedings.
The response from the time we alighted from the ambulance to the last day of stay was overwhelming.
The panel of doctors headed by Dr. Praveen. K, was very supportive, composed and meticulously executed the job.
A big thanks to the entire nursing staff for the care and concern demonstrated during the stay( almost a week.)
Hygiene is another aspect of appreciation. Arrangements of canteen, food delivery impressive.
Follow-up, regular updates, Chaplin visits enabled patient and family to be assured.

Certainly must add that billing is also affordable.

Overall thankful for the care, concern and motivation we received. We left the hospital with a smile on our faces.

The only concern that I had was the shifting of the patient from one platform to stretcher/ room. Bedsheet lifting - collectively was adopted. It creates panic and stress for the patient especially after surgery.
I have witnessed scoop method ( fibre material) to shift the patient without pain or stress in hospitals at Hyderabad. An ideal alternative.

The love and care from the cardiology department and the staff were so much pleasant. All the staffs including PROs, nursing staffs, CCU staffs were so excellent and welcoming. Food from canteen was good. Nest and clean rooms.
