We have been going here for almost a decade now. Good service advisors. Very friendly mechanics. Most of the times it's been excellent service. Sometimes they try to sell some other stuff along with what you went there for. But you can always decline. One issue though, car washing is never free. There are always cars being washed. A note to the management: Please take some time out to have the cars washed which came to you for service, instead of washing whatever is parked there for days.

This is a Tata Motors passenger car service station. We had driven to Mysore for the weekend, and suddenly our vehicle ran low on DEF. Since the Tata IRA app showed that this was the nearest to us, we just drove in without any appointment and asked for the DEF to be topped up.
We have visited Tata service stations across the country since we have had Tata cars for over 20 years now, but this was the fastest service that i got, and that too without an appointment. In less than 5 minutes, the work was completed, billing done, and we were out on the road again.

There is a technician/mechanic named Yogish here. He always patiently listens to our issues and gives appropriate solutions. Amid the world where Tata service is scolded and hated by many, people like Yogish are making the change, proving the world wrong and showing that Tata service is indeed improving and the customer's problems are heard and resolved!
