Sunitha's Veg Court

During our recent visit to Mysore, this restaurant happened to be quite close to our homestay (our hosts recommended this restaurant). We loved the food we had during our multiple visits here.

We tried masala akki rotti, neer dose, masala dose, buns, tea and meals. Everything was very tasty and had a homely feel to it. Wifey liked the meals so much that while returning from Kabini to Pune, we decided to eat lunch here itself so she could have their meal 😁 Sadly, neither the meals nor the akki rotti (2 things we had in mind for lunch) were ready when we reached:( since we had a long drive ahead, we didn't want to wait for it.

Nonetheless, this is an amazing place to visit for a hearty yummy breakfast/lunch/dinner. Owner is always present and is very friendly too, continuously interacting with the customers, hence enhancing the experience. Highly recommend this place to others and will definitely plan to return during our future Mysore visits:)

Very clean, homely food, quick service above all very polite staff and manager. The Onion dosa was too good. Chapathis were soft and the side dish was like home cooked with less oil. No additives or food coloring. Very affordable prices too. Seating arrangement is good.

Have been visiting this place consistently for the past 4 days. Yesterday, tried Ghee Pudi idli, very soft idlis smeared with Nandini ghee and chutney pudi. It was simply amazing and lip smacking! This is an introduction by the owner's daughter. It reminded me of my mom when she packed such idlis for my kids when they went to school! Must try!!

White (Plain) rotti with YeNgayi : Absolutely brilliant. If you searching to taste something different. A unique combination. Must try.

Thatte Idly: Hot, soft thatte idly, get the add on butter..

Sunitha's veg court is amazing. She and her team do such a great job with the food and are incredibly welcoming. If you are in Mysore it is a must visit.

Wonderfully simple South Indian food prepared and served by smiling friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It's one of the best quick bytes on South Indian food. Food is delicious and they are friendly. They cater with a touch of care. Now I'm a regular customer and hope to continue too

Very economical place for delicious food. We took Akki Rotti and Masala Akki Rotti. Personally I absolutely loved Masala Akki Rotti.
The brinjal curry (yenegayi) was also tasty.

They are known for their rottis ( Akki rotti and masala rotti). The masala rotti is my favorite which is available only in the evenings... The curd and chutney served with masala rotti is the best combo with masala rotti.

This place won my heart.. I tried veg meals and akki rotti, both the items were delicious. Very homely types cooking, sambar, buttermilk and palya were extremely tasty. Place was very hygienic, staff was very very courteous and friendly.

I plan to check out the breakfast items as this place is famous for breakfast items.

I highly recommend this place for good food and more over the pleasant experience.

Items are very tasty, environment is hygienic and serene. Masala Dosa is very unique and I had never tasted it anywhere like this before.

1. Tatte idli and vade
2. Akki rotti (plain and masala)
3. Jolad rotti

Masala Akki Rotti is Godlike. The staff are very polite and helpful.

The best place for trying dosas. They are famous for their in house butter and the butter dates back to 150 years. Its pretty clean as well I would love to go here occasionally for my cheat meals!

Very few genuine and dedicated people manage such homely nature to food places and this is one such place..

Btw Bisibelebath on sundays is too good 😋
