Sukoon Cafe & Bar

Discovering this cafe in McLeod Ganj was a delightful surprise. The warm and cozy interior provided a perfect escape from the rain, and the view of the valley was truly breathtaking. Nakul, the co-owner, and the staff were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond by offering to warm our food in the chilly weather. The culinary experience exceeded expectations, with mouthwatering dishes that left a lasting impression. This cafe is undoubtedly a compelling reason to revisit McLeod Ganj. If you value a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and delectable cuisine, this spot is a must-visit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The cafe is sooooperb…and ambience is fantastic plus the view to the hills is perfect to the atmosphere. Highly recommend

The attendant Adi, Gaurav and Amit were very helpful and cooperative. Adi helped me to park our car near to hotel.

Sukoon is my most favorite cafe n restaurant in Dharamkot. The view is out of this world, the food is super delicious, the staff is extremely nice n friendly,
there is a huge dance floor if we want to have a dance party,
and the manager Uday is super chilled out and invites us to play movies on Netflix on the big screen.....Overall just love it ❤

The best part of Sukoon Cafe in Dharamkot is the staff, very kind and attentive (shout out to Uday).

Among the cafes in Dharamkot this may be the one with the best view - sweeping view of mountains wrapped by clouds.

The decor is very well thought out (the bathroom tiles match the plates and bowls!) making it a great place for instagram pics.

The food offers many options, my fave being Mokthuk soup (Tibetan soup with momos and veggies in broth). Their basic Indian thali was also yum and insta-worthy.

The low floor seating allowed me to relax here at length with my baby crawling on the mat; I was also able to feed the baby as there was indeed a lot of "sukoon" here.

The restaurant is developing a more happening space where there will be events I believe; last night there was a fire show. Most definitely a place to return to :)

'Sukun' is very apt name for this joint.
