I am taking online Video consultation with Dr. Piyush for the past one year. I was suffering from multiple pains ( sciatica , knee pain, right and left leg pain, cervical issues lately )...all of these are well tackled by the Dr on the basis of specific exercise only, which was always healing.
Dr has been very patient, motivating and easy to reach even in emergencies also, responds quickly....dedicated to his profession. I am on my path of recovery, thanks to him.

I have gone to the gym for 1 month with a personal trainer. My personal trainer’s name was Mitul sir. He was a very friendly and helpful trainer. He would encourage me to push my limits. The equipments of the gym are also well maintained and varied. Also the atmosphere of the gym is very uplifting and friendly.

I have been associated with Active Life since 2016. I had severe back pain and was cured with spine physiotherapy treatment by DR PATANKAR. I was able to travel abroad in 2019. Again in 2021 had severe leg pain and was even unable to move around. Dr advised bed rest for 15 days. After consulting Dr PATANKAR, with proper spine physiotherapy and personal attention was able to not only move around but travel abroad with ease.
DR PATANKAR handles one with proper care and treats according to symptoms. I have had 5 surgeries and removal of patella on my RT knee. There is nothing like can’t do in his dictionary. He convinces and gets one to do the exercises. I do regularly exercises with Dr PATANKAR supervision and have found a tremendous improvement in my lifestyle.
Exercise has become morning routine for me. I don’t feel handicap with my leg issues.

Dr.Mithil is very experienced and helpful person who is my go to person for all of sports injury. He helped me through video call in one of my international event where I was riding 1200km bicycle and sudden knew pain started in between of dense forest.
