Great location near Barca beach. The residential area is nearby to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Staff were nice and Corin gave us good prices for the stay. Overall I will come back again for a peaceful stay.

The room came with a balcony which had an amazing view,kitchen with a refrigerator and induction,water purifier,TV and Air Conditioning unit

The place is locater near the beach which makes it really convenient to visit.

The staff was very cooperative and the room is spacious.. more over I would like to come here again for how peaceful it is over here.. the only minor downfall was that there was no ac remote and hence couldn’t switch it on at all throughout the night. Great service apartment with small kitchen with basic utilities provided. They followed proper covid19 social distancing rules and the place was kept clean. Really good place to stay at affordable price. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind staying 2 to 3 kms off the beach.

Stayed at the Goan Imeprial Holidays twice, first time in Oct 2015 then again in Sep 2018. We loved the place which is the very reason we came to stay here the 2nd time. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff are very courteous, the pool was a great place to relax. The room we stayed in was semi-furnished and a well-equipped kitchen, just the way we wanted it to be. We loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings and easy access to the supermarket, restaurants, the bus stop and other basic utility shops. The Goan people were also very friendly. Loved the walks to Varca and Benaulim beaches. Would definitely recommend Goan Imperial to others looking for a break from the hectic and hum-drum lifestyles of the city. Definite value for money.

This is the perfect location and property for a staycation. Not only do they proved excellent internet connectivity, they have everything you'd need for long stay.
Apart from that, the pool is open 24x7 and maintenance and house keeping is fine daily and delegently.
The staff and management are extremely efficient and caring. They listen to your requests and try their best to accommodate your needs.
Grocery and restaurants are within walking distance and parking is ample.

Quiet, very clean, rooms well maintained. Pool clean and tidy. Can recommend the apartments, we loved our stays here, so much that we keep returning. Staff friendly and professional, really helpful. Rooms of a good size, light and airy, air con very efficient, bathroom is a wet room always kept very clean, sitting and dining area with tv. Wifi available. In a quiet area so not recommended for people looking for the party scene. A little off the beaten track, but within walking distance of a small supermarket, chemist, doctors, laundry, and restaurants. Would recommend getting bicycles or a scooter to get around and see more of South Goa.

Amazing place to check in while visiting south goa.

Rooms are very spacious with 2 bed rooms attached with bath room, kitchen is also spacious with all facilities such as friedg, owen, and with large dining table, big drawing room also available with 2 sofasets in drawing room. TV in drawing room, Ac in bedrooms give good comfort to living. Bathrooms are very clean and maintained with facility of hot and cold water.

Big swimming pool just blow the mind, separate space for children is available in swimming pool.

My experience in this for 3 days and 2 nights is amazing in whole Goa.

One of Best place to stay where you just want to relax and stay without any worry.

Lets start with pros and cons.

Pros:
- Neat and clean rooms.
- excellent comfi beds
- offers 2bhk and 1 bhk rooms for stays including gas for cooking and warm water facility.
- Swimming pool.
- Owners also offers Car service which is very reasonable.
- Rent is very promising and less than what others offers.
- Near to Varca Beach.

Cons:
- If you don't have any personal vehicle then reaching this resorts would be little bit hectic. But its manageable.

Note: Contact Resort directly because using online like MakeMytrip or OYO may cost you more. Same thing happened to me n my frnds

Actual cost of room around 2200Rs per day for 2bhk but using apps it costs us around 3200 rs.

Best property for a group of friends with pool access. Shopping mart is in the proximity. Caretaker and everyone is helpful. We were given a 2bhk apartment, which was spacious and had all the functional amenities which were listed. 10 mins drive from Varca beach. Hope to visit again in future. Thank you guys!!!!

Excellent Stay. Very Clean Property, Well maintained. Loved the Stay in South Goa. Was there in Feb 2020. Corine was very gentle and helpful. Support Staffs are very good. All facilities nearby.
True Value for money !! Would love to visit again.

November 2018:
We stayed at Goan Imperial Holidays again. It is rare that a repeated experience brings about the same joy and rarer that it exceeds expectations.

And so it was most delightful to find that we had even greater pleasure. The place offers a sense of 'Home away from Home'. We could see families as a whole enjoying the stay - children, the elderly...

Staff is well trained and, though we arrived early and before normal check in time, the young man who received us accommodated us in a room till ours was ready. And we were overjoyed to find that they gave us the same room that we had in June! These small touches make all the difference in hospitality.

My heartfelt gratitude to Corine, Alpona, Usha and Ram and the others at Goan Imperial Holidays for the rejuvenating and relaxing experience. I look forwards to many more stays.

PS: They now do serve breakfast with some deals.

Starting from check in to check out, our stay was very comfortable.
Staff sunil and the HK staff were very cooperative.

This place can never be disappointing... The stay is really good and usually is expensive but found a good deal for this time.. nice 2BHK or 3BHK duplex houses are available.

This is a nice place to stay, It is close to the beach and has a lot of shops around. The staff is courteous. They also help with rental cars and scooters and dont charge very high. Recommended if you have a large group on a budget and all need to stay at one place together.

Good apartment styled accomodation available 5 mins drive away from Varca beach. There were couple of minor housekeeping issues, otherwise it was a god stay for 4 days. We preferred this place as their pool was open even in post covid period. There is no
Fitness centre and rejuvenation centre as mentioned in the official website.

Amazing vacation stay with friends or family. Enjoyed alot & had my best vacation.
Highly recommended.
Staff are very co-operative and nice.
