What a beautiful place which the event was running in Dehradun

A very beautiful experience of festival "Virasat" which is held on every year 15 day festival.
Lots of varieties of food and grocery item are available.
Very must visit festival in which live concert are also there of different singers and poet.

It's near my location their are many cultural activities done like Virasat, some parking issue but all set

Virasat is an Indian cultural festival that celebrates all aspects of the country's cultural heritage. It is held at Dehradun, India and recognised as the afro-asia biggest folk life and heritage festival

Virasat fest is going on till 10th November 2023. one can see variety of handicraft work from different states. also can enjoy variety of delicacies.

Nice stadium for running and other fitness things, needs a maintenance though.

As a family of one of the founder batch of Ongcian, this ground is the proof of warm up practices of biggest Indian international Champions and respectful Captains of Indian sports team. Here we use to learn Indian Parade & get chance to warm up for next sports meet in Uttarakhand, National or International. Beautiful Virasat Fest is also been conducting here only in Dehradun, every year.

Very nice place to know our heritage culture, It feels like from past few years it has become host place for public functions where anyone can come, earlier it was used for only ongc programs and no outsiders were allowed only ongcians and their families were allowed.

Gone for virasat amazing ambiance, festival is marvelous u can experience music, dance, food, wooden furniture, decorative items books, carpets, ceramic items good for all family specially for kids.

We had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the stalls

It is well located within the Dehradun city. I have attended the annual textile and handicrafts festival Virasat here. This is a great location for exhibitions and events. Well managed with maintained ground, lavatories are also available for public usage.

I have learnt sports at this place since my childhood. Participated in the Independence day parade every year. This ground is accessible in the mornings and evenings everyday for running, playing football, athletics, and doing yoga and other exercises.
I feel this is my home ground for football. I love it.

Very good place with security.

A good place to go jogging, or to do some physical exercise. In addition, it's a common playground for cricket as well as soccer. In fact, Virasat, a traditional annual fair is always organized here.
