I am member of this gym i really enjoy here , the environment of gym is quite good and coach specially Ram Sir and Sultan both of them are very helping and supportive ,one of my fav gym in gomti nagar

I think about gym that the this gym has ,all equipment for to do workout, but that is not enough ;all the gym today date should have best trainer to show them proper way to use the equipment and show them how to do exercise properly and there benefits to there body and tell the gymers best diet for there body and trainer should behave in good way with the gymer like friend

The Core Unisex Gym is one of the best place to workout.
Clean and amazing ambience, thorough and  professional trainers, terrific and well-maintained equipment, and awesome group exercises like Zumba,  Yoga etc.
