Experience was so bad with the driver,and later with the owner. As per the deal it was to be paid 7000, later the driver asked for 10000.After denying, his response was not good. His behaviour changed after that. Driver stopped us before 8km from our destination and told us to do the cab for leftover route.After 15+ minutes of argument with him and his owner he droped us to the destination.And denied to take us back,in between he asked for more money than dealed before starting the trip. Driver took us to the restaurant of his choice ,when i denied not to go to that restauant, he behaved rudely. The journey was horrible after that. At time of payment behaviour of owner was not good,his words were harsh and offensive.

Worst services ever. Please do not take any services from these people. We had worst experience. The attitude of owner was very bad and the driver misbehaved with everyone in my family. We were stuck in middle our way to Auli, where driver denied to take us to our homestay. After wasting a lot of time and discussion with owner the driver took us to the stay. He was smoking continuously even after telling him not to do so, as we had senior citizens with us. Next day again the same scenario happened driver denied to take us to the rope way and asked for extra money. He didnt even stop at places where we wanted to have food. After discussing with owner at the time of final payment we asked him to cut the money paid by us to driver and owner said "that you deal with driver seperately"
It is all the fault of owner they dont take responsibilty of anything and provide worst driver. Do not ever book anything from these people or this will turn your trip in worst nightmare.

Felt disgusted to call this guy and asked for a booking! Right from ownership and service, every single thing turned out to be nightmare. Raju taxi is pure scam in dehradun. Misbehaved driver and utter mismanagement of the owner puts this taxi service at the top of the worst taxi service providers in dehradun.
Don't fall prey to the sweet tooth lies made by the owner on the call. Just like us, you will end up feeling helpless during the trip.
DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS TAXI SERVICE PROVIDER.

Horrible experience. Owner and his cab drivers are misbehaving with guest and are refusing everything once you hire the cab. We booked for a destination and halfway driver refused to take us there and asked for extra charges. While owner didn't take responsibility of anything. Owner also misbehaved with even the females instead of sorting the issue accepting his mistake and apologising he started arguing. The owner doesn't own the cabs they hire from other people which are not even in their control. When we asked driver to stop the high volume songs he was playing in the cab, Driver did rash driving that we almost landed in ditch thrice, somehow god saved us or were dead.
Please do not use this cab services ever and recommend everyone not to do so.

Had to cancel last minute because of change in attitude of the owner ... highly dissatisfied with his behaviour as compared what he was while booking his service( ma'am aaram se ghumlo ..agar maza aya toh hi payment karna ) were his words which made me believe in him ..only because we had small detour in route ... and also refused to return the money nor his conversation seemed was like that he really wants to help by charging some extra bugs .. his words and attitude just made me cancel his car .. and told dat it's all our fault ... its also not about refund ..it all the nature of the owner I m highly dissatisfied and will never recommend..
