Damro Furniture Tripunithura

I purchased a wardrobe worth 13000,product is good 👍, only one thing is we can't shift it like normal wardrobes, a Technican assist needed for each shifting which is chargeable upto 600rs...

It is a good showroom , a well maintained one.
There is a good collection of sofa, chairs, waldorbe , cots ,pillow , tables, recliner etc..
Some are expensive and some are at affordable range.. staffs are co-operative .. the colour and design combination in the showroom is too good..
Presently there is onam- independence offer. 10-20% discount on selected items..
My suggestion is Damro is having a website, search the price there .. if the online price is low , than showroom price, then they will sell at online price. If your home is within tripunithura it's free delivery and assembly ..
All big items can be easily dismantle and can be assembled in our home.. it is really good esply if it's in a first floor..
Three year warranty is offered for products ..
Some improvements I suggest is
1) presently they have tie up with only Bajaj finance for no cost EMI.. it will be help full if they can do tie up with hdfc, sbi and icici
2) some free gifts can be given if the purchase value is more than 20k
3) include some hanging chairs too

Responsive Customer Service at this Store of Damro! - Credit for this review goes to Balu for the interaction I had with him. Damro is known for reliable furniture at the right discounted cost and has be in business for years for the same reason. I had checked on multiple stores in the city of Kochi with very bad customer response and most numbers either do not work or they had to move their showrooms for the reasons of bad customer reviews. Balu at the SN Junction, Thripunitura showroom is an exception. The store number is valid and at the same time actively responded. Balu was focused in understanding my requirements well and checking the stock and responding in a timely manner to facilitate my request. In the times where there is enough business but many customers are lost due to bad service and improper lead management, Damro needs to appreciate and promote the style Balu has. Looking forward to future business as-well with this store of Damro.

I have been using Damro products for more 12 years. Can always give 5 stars. At Tripunithura showroom they have tried to fit in most of the products within limited space. Service is always the best. Parking is limited to 2-3 cars.
