ICICI Bank Bokaro-Branch & ATM

One of the best bank in the locality. Each and every services are provided here. The work processes the faster and the customers are provided very nice services. Atm is attached to the bank. The bank sometimes is not clearly visible in not traffic because of the tree surrounding it. The bank is almost just beside of the main road. Other banks are also there in the same row.

Teller counter lady gives very arrogant answers, she needs to be schooled by the branch manager how to talk to customers, despite of telling her that I am an account holder of the branch, she keeps talking rudely.

Staff behavior no gud

Pathetic customer service. Reminds one of old days SBI. Even SBI better than this now.
Gone to get passbook updated multiple times, and the staff treats you as if you are wasting their time. If you are not going to do the requested work, come clean and tell that. But no, their way of working is to show as if they are busy, and go from one desk to another, and waste customer's time so that they get frustrated and leave. Happens every single time.

Worst services they ask 100 rupees instead of 50 and also they correct only one data in aadhar card.

Rating it very poor if you are in for foreign exchange...this bank gives excuses when you want to get your currency bank....they should stop notifing customers that they exchange currency notes .....and suggesting to go to different banks or even different cities for the same matter..

This place I smirked wrong on the google map. Kindly correct that. There is no bank at this location. Wasted my time.

Very bad service.. even printer is not working here. Only count of employees are high not the service. I wish I never visited that branch.
