They are simply excellent and professional. I have taken a car service for 5 days travel starting from 31/03 to 04/04 and everything was as per plan. Highly recommended.

Price is so high

This agency is extremely unreliable for the following reasons -

1) We were charged the fee for one day (Rs 3500) despite using the car for only 3 hours

2) They charge 5% extra GST if you ask them for a receipt, which they initially refused to tell us

3) Anuj (senior staff) was extremely unreasonable while negotiating

4) We didn't even get a proper copy of receipt, just a WhatsApp message.

I dont reccomend this agency at all, please choose another travel agency in Uttarakhand if you want to have a pleasant agency.
