My personal experience at Gold's gym Hazratganj has been very nice. The owner and the trainers along with the staff are very friendly and cooperative. They have a well thought workout plan exclusively made according to you. The trainers are there to help you out with the machines and techniques etc. There is a sauna facility along with shower and locker facility. All in all it's a great experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone :)

Coolest place to workout with friends and family. My sister had recommended me to join this centre and I’m amazed to say that their services are top notch. The trainers are crazy as they tutor u so well on the floor and the dietitian Ms Vasudha does not allow u to have cheat days. She is really very amiable and gives excellent diet plans which are easy to follow. I have recommended this gym to all my friends from IIM Lucknow and they are too much fond of it now.

Very nice gym with great equipment by Alice Fitness of USA. I have joined with my wife and both of us are satisfied. Trainers especially Ghazali sir and Anjana madam are very cooperative and make us follow our workout schedules. Very spacious locker room and neat bathrooms. Best gym near me. Highly recommended.

Best gym in Lucknow with nice environment. I went Anytime Fitness and MMA Matrix before but when i saw Gold's Gym i found the staff and gym floor upto the mark. Trainers are very cooperative and Equipment is smooth with automatic programmable treadmills. Must say to my friends that please join this gym. Owner sir is very nice person.
