This gym is undoubtedly the best gym for all serious fitness freaks in Lucknow. Though their charges are little on the higher sides as compared to the other notable gym in town, Iron core Fit gym definitely leaves other gyms in Lucknow behind by miles when it comes to the sheer number of advanced body building equipments this gym offers and the number of most polite trainers available per person. They also offer sauna and changing room with locker facilities. This gym also offers paid body massage services after the excercise. This gym also offers various gym clothing under its brand name, Iron Hyde' which I must say offers complete value for money. Last but not the least, there is ample parking space near the gym available at any given time of the day. Overall, a gym for only seriously health concious people.

It's a good gym. I have been there for around 2 years + .

Perhaps the best equipments along with the best infrastructure coming altogether under the same roof.
I personally feel that the gym is a mere blessing to the local audience of the city and has a standout appeal in every single aspect related to fitness.

The team of coaches is impeccable with sound knowledge of exercise science and also the good old tradition of coaches has been shattered here which relates to the fact that all the coaches here are extremely fit and resemble like any fitness model.

The best gym in Lucknow with state of the art facilities and extremely professional hospitable staff and trainers, making every visit a pleasant one.

We looked for gyms in gomtinagar.. visited all of them.. iron core is the best.. no competition.. best and large variety of equipments... Lots and lots of trainers..dietician.. physiotherapist are available..steam bath..aerobics..yoga.. zommba.. and lots and lots more.. whatever u can imagine as a physical form of exercise.. they have it.. all you need to see is whether your budget allows you to join or not
