The staff is very responsible and responsive despite the pressure at the counters. I found their efficient and personal service very appreciable.

For the number of footfalls, the premise is maintained neat and clean.

Exemplary, on the whole. A good model for what an office should be.

Went for jeeven praman updation. Very prompt service. All staffs are very helpful.

Impressed by the Speed post service. Charge was around 70Rs. (DTDC asked 230 rs for the same cover).
Compared to DTDC/Professional courier I suggest to go with INDIA POST 🇮🇳
Because the private courier company Franchisies charge a lot of money. The operators just tell the amount as per their mind instead of any rate chart. And, the private courier just calls the reciever to come and collect. Whereas,
✅ India post delivers to the home.
✅ Charge is transparent.

Best of best. This is head post office. We're sending B2C products to our buyers from Edapally HPO reaches faster than other locations. Sometimes speed post reached to Delhi n Mumbai clients within 2 working days. Really fast. Staff also good n supporting. Only negative is parking space.
