Hotel Metro Inn

I really liked staying at Hotel Metro Inn Jaipur. The rooms were nice and had hot water whenever I needed it. The food was tasty too. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Some of the waiters weren't very friendly, but most of them were really nice. I had a great time staying there!

The rooms were great, left a little to be desired but overall were pretty good. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. We had an incident where we lost the keys to a room and they did not charge us(which they very much could, at least 3000 rupees). Great and considerate people.

I stayed at Hotel Metro Inn in October for 5 days and had a delightful experience. The food was not only tasty but also served promptly. The service was exceptionally good and quick. While they didn't have an electric kettle in the room, they assured me they could provide it anytime I needed, and true to their word, they quickly delivered one upon request. Staffs are very well behaved. Call at reception were received in a single ring.
Overall, a satisfying stay with excellent service and delicious meals.

I stayed in this hotel in January 2024. Excellent service and very near to Jaipur railway station. The hotel also provide the cab service if the tourist is interested. The price was tour is cheaper compared to other rental cars available there. I also thanks the cab driver Mohamed Rafi who guided us on the first day tour with extra time he spent with us and guided us with the best and cheap shopping areas and shops. I also thanks driver Feroz for the next day tour and appreciate his humanity for returning my mobile which my daughter mistakenly kept in car after our tour was over. This is the advantage of the cabs if we hired from hotel itself. Overall very nice staff and quick service. The reception person are available at anytime if you call.

It was pleasure staying in Metro INN, people(staff) are very friendly passionate committed, they also assist us with the tour and in booking travels in cheaper price, even the rooms and room service were awesome front desk staff were good as well. Over all I appreciate them and I would recommend others to stay in this guest house.

Very decent and value for money hotel. We stayed in super deluxe ac room. The hotel service was really quick. On calling the service staff will come within 2-5 mins. Behaviour of staff was very polite. The hotel location was very good. If you don't have much luggage you can just walk for 5-10 mins from railway station to the hotel.

The location is great. The hotel is pretty good with its services.rooms are well maintained and cleaned. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
We booked rental car for 5 days trip from this hotel.The driver bhaiya " Ajay Sharma" was humble, punctual and on time. He made our journey smooth, comfortable and safe. We really enjoyed our trip.
Overall experience was very satisfactory.

I had been here yesterday for a family trip to Rajasthan (Jaipur). I would recommend anyone and everyone who visits Jaipur to stay here once. They provide car service for sightseeing at a very reasonable price. And there hospitality and behaviour are impeccable. The food here is also very good, ( will make the food as per your preferences) Must try hotel for stay if you are planning to visit Jaipur .

The hotel is indeed amazing. I've stayed here 3 times and the service has been perfect all the times. The owner is one gem of a person, for whom customer satisfaction is the biggest priority.
The location is in the middle of the city, right around the railway station.
Will always come to this place whenever I'll be coming back to Jaipur.

This is a very good budget hotel at a very convenient location near Jaipur Railway station . We stayed here for 4 nights (First 2 nights with online booking and Last 2 nights with offline booking ) . I will list the pros and cons here :-

1. Very convenient location . Walking distance from Jaipur Railway and Metro stations . Outstation long distance buses also leave from vicinity of the hotel . Also in this area you can get non veg restaurant which is difficult to find in Jaipur . Very good for Bengalis like me :)

2. Service is very good . We did not have to repeat any request before it was fulfilled .

3. The food of the restaurant is very tasty and cheap .

4. Rooms are spacious and all the things work properly.

5.Toilet is clean and no problem with water.

Cons :-

1. Very congested location . No parking space . Forget about own car , its difficult to even reach with auto/car .

2. In some of the rooms Window AC makes lot of noise and can hamper your sleep .

Also remember that its a high demand hotel. I myself saw hotel was full even on a non-holiday weekday. So better to make online booking although you might get a better deal if booked offline .

My Stay in the hotel Metro Inn was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is very close to the bus stop and railway station which added great value to the overall experience. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was very supportive throughout my stay specially Mr. Narendra who really took good care and provided all the adequate informations and services. The food was also very good and prices were reasonable. We took the cab service provided by the hotel for tour and the price was very reasonable for that, even the cab driver Mohammed Rafique was very helpful. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend.

Rooms are clean and neat. Hot water is 24 hrs available . Location is very near to railway station making us very easy to travel to jaipur very easy. Metro station is besides hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was very good and comfy .
