We had recently renovated our apartment that included a modular kitchen and some other things (crockery unit, Showcase unit, Bedroom loft, wash cabinet, bathroom cabinet, and photo frame unit) done from the HomeTown as part of the renovation. The entire team did fantastic work, and we are overjoyed with our renovated apartment.
Mrs Tandra, designer based out of Bangalore HomeTown, deserves special mention for her patience in taking all notes and ensuring that the kitchen was designed in the way we wanted it. Thank you very much to Mr Manoj, store manager at Kochi HomeTown, who coordinated the entire process in a very effective and efficient manner.
Furthermore, despite the fact that the store was closed due to structural changes within their team, Mr Manoj ensured that our work was completed and all furniture was installed to our satisfaction. He also made certain that we received the gold coin promised to us when we signed the contract. We bought dining table and recliner sofa. A nice place to shop, Mr Manoj, floor manager takes personal care. Delivery was little late due to covid, overall a good experience so far.

Extremely delighted by the level of customer service showcased by the staffs. I had purchased a couch which was of great quality and durability.Sice most of the staff were busy attending other customers, I was attended by the department manager Mr.Dominic. Good store with a nice collection of furniture. Has an Excellent after sales team. The furnitures bought were assembled in no time by their technicians Mr Benny and Mr Sabeesh. I had ordered a compact dining set and the first piece which was brought was defective. Mr Jihas from the after sales team was very cooperative and he helped us getting a replacement promptly

The furnitures bought were assembled in time by their technicians Mr Jithu was excellent and very professional, finished very quickly and was very nice to chat with. Knew his job inside and out, I would definitely use him again.

I had ordered a shoe rack online which was assembled by one of the staffs sent by Mr Jigas from the Home town at Central mall Cochin. As a favour I asked him about an exchange of a product that I had brought from the store earlier that week. I was pleasantly surprised for the effort taken by Mr. Jigas...he went out of his way in giving me follow ups and in making the exchange possible in an extremely smooth way. Amid the take over of future group, the store remained closed and unfortunately my delivery was getting delayed. Yet, Mr. Manoj managed to deliver my chair and also got it installed. Thanx a ton to him and his team for delivery.

Recently purchased wardrobe,bed and recliner from the hometown ,centre square mall, quality of the product was good and I should say the service given by jihas made us really happy. By mistake we have ordered a wrong size bed and we knew it only after setting.... without any hesitation jihas was updating everything and helped us till everything is done properly....thanks a lot jihas for the wonderful service given to us...

Had issues with Purchase from online site. However the attending person Mr. Jithu went out of his way to ensure that the required part was sourced from other store and came on his own time to get the furniture fixed. The 5 stars is to Mr. Jithu excellent attitude and behaviour.

Amazing experience.. superb response.. I visited home town for gifting a recliner to my cousin for his house warming.. to be frank i have visited many furniture stores i have seen many department managers who used to show their attitude as if they are the CEO, but in home town kochi i was so astonished to see a department manager who is attending me. I would like to call him as a perfect manager who identifies a customers wants and need, if iam not mistaken his name is Mr.Dominic..I just show a pic of my cousins hall..intrestingly he was looking at many references as if he was selecting for his home..! Finally he come up with a wonderful recliner which is cent percent apt for my cousins hall. When it come to the house warming every one was enquiring about the recliner sofa and every one was appreciating me for the wonderful selection !!!

Recently purchased wardrobes from HomeTown. The quality is good for its price. Excellent service by Nizam and Yousef. They were punctual and did a quick assembly.

I have purchased a bookshelf from hometown and its really good...It got assembled in time by their technician MR.Sebeesh...He has got excellent skills and has completed the work very quickly with perfection..
