Good quality of modular furniture in reasonable price . They offer also all services at home but only thing is you have to purchase furniture what they offer we don't get furniture as per our choice. They have to modify only thing rest quality is great. Finishing also fine. Really happy with the service team response is really great bought 2 and 3 products from the store and the quality of the product is really good and feels premium thank you Pepperfry team for this wonderful service.

My experience at Pepperfry store Borivli west was a huge let down and disappointing because of home consultant named Alifya. Alifya was helpful only till I placed the order. However, after sale service was pathetic. I chose to place an order from the store instead of online to ensure good service. I wasn't informed by Alifya that the chairs will need to be self-assembled. I had to go to the store personally in today's online world for requesting a furniture technician since my calls went unanswered. Only then was I informed by Alifya that the product I bought had to be assembled by a regular carpentar since it was brand of Pepperfry which does not qualify a furniture technician. If I had been informed before the purchase, I would have gone for an assembled model and not spent more to get it assembled.

I would also like to bring to your notice that the chairs have a visible tag attached which makes it look ugly. When I gave this feedback, I was told very casually by Alifya that I should just cut the tag.

The brand Pepperfry equates with quality furniture and service but because of Alifya not providing good customer service I am apprehensive of my future purchase from the Pepperfry company or even to recommend to my acquaintances.
